Called this morning because my car wouldn’t start and the local auto parts store wouldnt install a battery in my car because of where battery was located. I called first because I had my 3 kiddos with me and 3 of my kiddos' friends while on our way to the park and I was hoping to not wait for a long time, as we were already late having to have my car jump started. A nice gentleman assured me over the phone it would be an easy process and so I decided to try them, not really familiar with this area as I live in Dade City. Jesse is an amazing individual with utmost professionalism. He has been fixing my cars for years now and always leaving me with a smile on my face. He takes the time to really diagnose the issue to cure the root-cause. The versatility in his skill-set truly amazes me. The most recent occurrence was my car got hydro locked. Brought in my 1998 Mercedes Benz SL500 for an engine fix, and Dr. Mechanic and his staff were able to take care of the problem in as little as no time! They had state of the art tools, to help complete that task, and also detect I had a misfire in 1 of my cylinders...
