I brought my Saturn to Richard after a large chain told me I needed a new compressor and related parts. Richard took the time to find exactly the cause of the problem . It was 3 small parts which he replaced. Compressor was fine. He is a masterful mechanic . A joy to do business with. The only shop I will take my Saturn to from now on. Highly recommend.

Richard Ciuffettelli, who is the owner and mechanic on site, is an amazing mechanic! My family has been bringing our cars to him for maintenance for the past 15 years. Definitely the only place I will take my Saturn for repairs and service. I visited Planet Automotive three times this month. Today he accurately diagnosed and repaired my air conditioning. Previously I had taken my Saturn to another service company four times to fix my AC. Earlier this month, they repaired my drivers door panel/skin. On another visit they serviced both differentials (front and rear). They had the proper GM and Honda fluids. My Saturn Vue came new with a Honda motor, and related drive-line. As a consequence, it has a Honda front differential and a Gm rear differential. Prices are

After an extremely bad experience with Jiffy Lube in Memphis, I avoided all Jiffy Lubes for the past 10 years. Due to a toddler and newborn at my home, this grandmother stumbled into the Jiffy Lube at 3267 Oracle in Tucson to save time and with much trepidation. Immediately, the manager, Mike Mason, introduced himself and proceeded to walk me through their procedures in order to evaluate my car. I'm shocked this place doesn't have more reviews. This place might specialize in Saturn's but they work on all types of cars. Avoid the dealer and take it to this shop. They care and will save you lots of money. They're straight shooters and will not bs you in any way or try and take your money. They truly care about what they do for a living. Not many shops around that do quality work and are trust worthy.

I just moved to Tucson and the air conditioner in my Saturn started to malfunction. Sort of in a panic as not knowing where to find a mechanic, I found Rich here on Yelp. He was able to get my car in right away and very quickly called me with the results of his diagnostic and recommendations. My car was ready that afternoon and has run perfectly ever since. I was extremely impressed with Richards knowledge and professionalism. It's hard to find an honest, competent garage that's also friendly and accommodating.
