Dislike service, this place is a UPS access point and the lady that works there told me my package was not there when u got a email that my package was there and it was ready for pickup. So I called UPS about this and they told me the driver had confirmed my package was there. While I was talking to UPS on the phone in my car. The lady closed and left, it was 5pm and the sign said they are open till 7pm. I complained to UPS. I never run into this situation before and this time with this bad experience I don't know if I will use UPS again. With this bad customer service, I don't think I will be

This is an extremely poorly run operation. I cannot advise you strongly enough to steer clear. They used to work with my place of business to do pick-up & drop-off dry cleaning service. A friend of mine had multiple shirts lost & eventually was able to recover all but one of his expensive dress shirts. Even knowing this narrative I chose to drop off my husband's brand new (literally worn one time) tie that had been stained by a tiny splash of hand soap. Rather than trying to clear the stain at home I thought it'd be best to entrust it to the professionals since the tie was a
