Congratulations on finding the perfect gown for you! The wedding gown is the most exciting part of planning your wedding, but it isn't the most important. How your gown fits you is the most important part of your wedding. The fit of your gown can make or break your wedding and your pictures for the rest of your life and beyond.
I cannot say enough good about Evermore. They are professional, good communicators, and appreciative. Not to mention they are the best at removing stains. I had my dress preserved there and have had many of my friends since then get their dresses done per my recommendation. All have been thrilled with the results!
Hang your gown in a high place (on a ceiling hook if possible) with the train hanging straight down. Place several safety pins on the underneath side of your gown where they won't be seen, but easily accessible for emergencies like bustles or straps breaking or a tear in your gown. If you get mud, dirt, blood or spills on a synthetic fiber try water and a small amount of liquid soap then rinse and blot.
Our recommendation is to book your First Fitting at least 3 months before your wedding. If you have major concerns about sizing alterations or re-style/reconstructing gowns, then we recommend scheduling a Consultation with our Alterations Manager at our North Loop Minneapolis location as soon as possible.

The seamstresses at Evermore are wizards! I bought a wedding dress off-the-rack and was misguided about how well it fit and how easy alterations would be, and realized too late that I had purchased a dress that was 10 sizes too large for me. Evermore was able to get me in for alterations on a very short time frame before my wedding, and you wouldn't have any idea that it was originally 10 sizes too big. It looks like it was made for me, and the attention to detail of hand-sewing all of the beadwork back into place is amazing! Pa was also incredibly reassuring that once the alterations were complete

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of cleaning of my bridal gown. At intake, they noted the soiling at a "moderate" (medium) level on a very simple fabric (no lace or beading), yet when I received it back, so much of the gray remains. For the price one pays to clean such a valuable item, I'd expected better results.

Amazing service. Great experience from start to finish. They have wonderful customer service and they care for your gown like it is their own. Their associate's are very kind. Their pricing is competitive and they guarantee that your dress will never yellow. They really know what they are doing. I was excited to find a company I could trust with my wedding gown and didn't have to worry about at all. Go here! Its a one stop shop for alterations and gown preservation! So worth every penny!

Had a wonderful experience at Evermore. Cute shop, very clean, felt relaxed and comfortable. Staff was great and was very organized. I never had an issue scheduling an appointment. I got married out of town and needed to transport my dress with me. Leading up to the day I left, they held onto my dress for as long as it needed a home. I can’t thank them enough for being so accommodating, I don’t know what I would have done otherwise!

I never ever write reviews, but I can't go without saying how much I appreciate what Pa and her team was able to do for me in such a short amount of time (less than 2 weeks). They were kind, super professional, and did an amazing job. My dress was atleast 2 sizes too big and she was able to make it fit like a glove while maintaining the details that made me love it in the first place. Many thanks!

They do amazing work! I was so worried about altering my Rue De Seine gown with very intricate bold lace and long sleeves. Evermore made me feel comfortable when she said she has altered many Rue De Seine gowns. She gave me options on how we could alter the sleeves and length of the dress not pressuring me at all, it was obvious she was very experienced in altering complex dresses. She did such a great job where you couldn't even tell the dress was altered and we did not lose any of the beautiful lace detail on my dress. After my wedding I also used Evermore to preserve and clean my dress. Highly

Wedding planning can be such a stressful time, and Evermore Wedding Gown Care was such a blessing! I have sewing experience and had made my prom dresses, but I was super nervous to alter my own wedding dress. The bodice area on the dress I bought was quite see through and Evermore found beautiful fabric that matched the rest of the dress beautifully. I had wonderful and professional interactions with the staff at Evermore. As intricate and delicate as it is working with wedding dresses, I do understand why this service was expensive. I was hoping to get my wedding dress cleaned after my wedding
