Crystal MN location has the most amazing staff I've ever encountered they know your name when you walk in after a few times. I have brought a couple loads here, including a cleaning of my entire wardrobe after it was exposed to smoke, and have had nothing but quality service and quality end products.

This was a terrible experience for alterations. They never notified when it was ready until I called 4 weeks after I brought it there. Then I asked them to save fabric they cut off for the bride to use for the flower girls and they did not save any fabric. They also shrugged and said “there was nothing they could do for me”. Terrible service. 10/10 would never go there again.

Had them freshen up some stuff, but I was highly impressed that they were able to remove the beer stain from my boyfriend's jacket. They also called back in less than a day, and were super friendly. I will definitely go back when I need another dry cleaning.

Best dry cleaner I have ever experienced! And not to mention incredible customer service, convenient location with easy parking, and all of the services needed to care for all of my clothes, shoes, bedding, and vintage items. It’s also a beautiful store with local goods and garment care products. Definitely worth checking out one of their many twin cities locations.

Sent in a silk bow blouse and a dress and they both came back snagged. The silk blouse has some minor but irreparable runs in the sleeves and on the back; they also safety pinned a little orange tag thing on the bow, which left a pin hole after it was removed. I've attached a photo of the dress (first wash/dry clean ever) to show snags along the inside of the zipper - that's not normal wear and tear. I'll probably have to take a little needle and pull it back straight.
