Nail trim, file and buff, cuticle maintenance, and moisturizing treatment. This manicure can help you relax with a massage on hands, lower arms, and shoulders with scented lotion. Start with water whirlpool soak, followed by toe nail trim, shape, and buff, cuticle care, and callus removal. Sugar scrub exfoliation, mask moisturization, and then hot stone massage, and hot towel wrap.

I have had repeated issues with the staff’s mixed level of experience. Most days my nails come out looking fine with only one hiccup in the past, so I was willing to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, the nail technician I got today seems fairly new and didn’t have a full grasp of applying gels. She had repeated issues with the drying unit, resulting in layers getting smudged and having to be reapplied. The end result looked nothing like their display nail I picked; less black with a touch off green cats eye and more lumpy glitterati wicked witch of the west.

My mom wanted to treat me to a pedicure before our trip to Mexico. I rarely if ever get pedicures. (Maybe 10 in my life). The experience was fine. The pedicure was fine. The fungus I got on my big toe was not fine. Toe started getting warm and feisty after a couple days. Totally changed my nail bed and now I don't think I will even be able to get pedicures in the future. I'm leaving the review because after several years I just got a random text from their business offering me 20% off any service. It was enough to remind me of my bad experience and impelled to share. First negative review ever

Lady asked if I want gel nail polish after the third time her asking I gave in, she said it will last longer for me that was not true within one day it chipped. I wanted to go there to see if they did a great job NOT! HORRIBLE SERVICE, My nails are awful they left a messy job behind my nails, nails are so thick and uneven, I went back but they only repainted my nails not fixed them. One of my fingers is in pain feels infected.

Right off the bat I knew this place wasn't going to be good. Chick at the counter could hardly look up from her phone when we got there to check in. I had a full set done. It was taking forever but I appreciated the guy not rushing. First off he didn't use the traditipnal powder which I thought was strange but ok, maybe a new process. Well two days later I have a chipped nail and one just popped off while doing the dishes. I basically paid $60 for some kid to glue fake nails on me. I am livid. We leave for Hawaii tomorrow and I don't have time to get my money back or get these redone.

I don’t know where to start. I only came because I received a gift card. It took 4 people to finish my basic pedicure. I understand that they’re busy, I’m an extremely patient person but I didn’t ask for anything crazy just a pedicure with acrylic on the big toe to mend a crack. It took 2 hours and I ended up leaving with dust covered lumpy nails they only put a top coat on my big toes probably due to miscommunication considering I had half the shop working on my feet. The first girl was very nice just not very experienced

Extremely rude and unprofessional! Made an appointment for 3, when we walked in it was clear they don’t even write it down. We waited for fifteen minutes to get seated with a tech. Wasn’t a huge deal we just started to pick our polishes, when looking we realized they clearly had been thinned out with acetone, not a good sign! Then a walk in came in and was seated before us. We decided to walk out, when we did, the lady chased us out and was so rude! Instead of apologizing for the wait, and having others clearly put in front of us when we had an appointment. Honestly, zero stars is more appropriate. Stopped in with my mom for a fill for her and manicure/pedicure (dip polish on my nails and gel on my toes) for myself. We did not have an appointment and we were seen rather quickly so that was nice. I should mention that more than one other customer complained about having an appointment and having to wait or told to come back later. The entire process was incredibly rushed and definitely not oriented on the service. Solely focused on pushing as many people through as possible and sacrificing the experience for each customer. First time coming here (or any nails shop)since last spring. It was pretty quiet when I arrived. I was greeted kindly. choose my design and colors. The lady who did my nails was friendly and apologetic I had to wait (which was only 10-15min) I was still,deciding on my style anyways so no biggie. I did a med.length with coffin shape with 3 color (Gel Polish)....it did within 30 min into,my nail set...get a few more customers.. they did have the plastic barrier between myself & the nail tech. they had us seated with a (empty) station between us customers but the last 15 min or so I did have a lady
