TL;DR - Avoid Ken, he’s not a good technician. He made this place lose a customer forever. Never coming back to this place because of how this guy made me feel and the way he does business.

Terrible service, they had me wait 30 minutes as their worker didn’t show up and then proceeded to tell me to keep coming back when I clearly told them I don’t have any other time. Then the “boss” decided to try to make up a lie that the worker was sick. They don’t know how to run a business and are not helpful or decent people!

First - I scheduled an appointment with intention to have a specific color for a wedding. I specifically wrote it in my message prior to booking. Once I got to the place of business, I was told they did not have it in gel or regular polish.
Second - the nail tech was not very polite. Smelled like cigarette smoke.
Third - I called to handle the issue of my polish being messed up within 45 min of me leaving. I had no intention of returning back to the establishment because of how unprofessional the nail tech was…I asked for a partial refund and was denied.

I had been going to nail art studio for over 4 years. Have always been happy to pay extra for dip plus shaping $47.00 + $12.00 tip. Owner David decided I should pay another $5.00 because they now block out 1 1/2 hours to remove dip and do dip manicure, $52.00! Everyone else pays the dip price, not an hourly rate! He tried to gouge me and complained In front of other customers.

Worst unprofessional experience! I made an appointment well in advance and when I got there and told them what I wanted to get done and turns out they didn’t have the person who does acrylic nails !! What kind of nail salons does not have staff that can do acrylic nails, mind you the owner Dave who did not acknowledge me or even apologized for the inconvenience and just gave me a dirty look 😠 at the end I had to pay more to get dip which is more expensive and my fresh pedicure was horrible. They give a lot of false information I I could give them zero stars I would

I have been looking for my new go-to salon ever since I moved to the area. After being disappointed by a couple of other salons over the last few months, I walked out of Nail Art Studio feeling excited that I found a home base for my nails! Agi is a master of her craft-- my dip nails came out flawless. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and welcoming. They answered my questions and patiently explained things to me as a new customer. I can't wait to return!

I have always been hesitant about getting my nails done because of previous experiences with other salons. But Nail Art Studio changed that for me, and I will be coming back because of how warm and welcome the staff were. Not to mention the absolute beautiful work that was done on my nails. The price for a pedicure and manicure with dip acrylics was $80! That is absolutely insane, as I’ve paid $150 for the same thing elsewhere. They were clean, knowledgeable, and David has a good eye for color (and cars). I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

In case you missed it in other reviews, Leo is the best! I'm certain the other techs are great too, but I haven't strayed from Leo cause why ruin a good thing? I got a solid 3 weeks before needing to be re-dipped. pricing is not different from other salons and they always offer something to drink when you check in. You can write your tip on the cc receipt and make your appointment online which I LURVE!

This was my first appointment at this nail studio and I love my nails! Also, I got my first dip nails and they look so natural. Leo did a fantastic job. I came in with terribly uneven nails and he got the natural shape I wanted. The dip nail color I got is 105 ballet slippers (I think that’s the name)
