DO NOT RENT HERE. They have mold in the apartments corporate won’t do anything about it but say it happened recently and when you look at it you can tell that it’s not. Let’s not talk about the people in the office who can never answer the phone and when you do go out there insanely rude. They don’t hold their office employees accountable for their actions. They would rather get new people in the apartments rather than take care of their current tenants.The only good thing about this place is their maintenance team. I give the maintenance 10/10 they’re always quick to answer and take

Nice quiet place to live. Maintenance crew was very responsive and respectful, as well as the office team.

Lived in this complex for 2 years. Having worked in building management, I know the most difficult task is maintenance for a large complex such as this. It is always difficult to find good workers who can fix and repair nearly everything. But this place has a really great staff of hard-working people who do their best to fix any issue you have with your unit. Plumbing, heating, air conditioning - you name it - Most repairs done within a couple days of notice. Simply outstanding on-site management. You can have your fancier places and pay sky-high rents, but for a modest rent in the Lafayette area

Very pretty, well kept apartments. A little bit older, but well managed and well maintained.

Really nice apartments and very, very safe. I love the staff they are great! The grounds are nice and set back away from the main road enough to make you feel like you are in the country!

Went in to apply for an apartment and the staff were so nice and informative. I'm new to the area and it really helped me feel welcome! Now that I'm all moved in the neighborhood is so friendly. I absolutely love living here!!
