Both are certified personal trainers and certified health coaches/nutritionists. Fitness is a major part of their lives. They constantly strive to educate themselves on fitness trends, nutrition news, exercise physiology, and more. After moving to a larger facility in 2015, the business began offering several classes including a high-intensity interval training class called TRX Plus.

40 minutes of high intensity interval training! TRX Suspension Trainers combined with kettle bells, ropes, medicine balls and more will challenge your body to its max. This one hour long virtual class utilizing Zoom technology, targets the important muscles of the core including abdominals, glutes, legs and lower back.
If you're concerned about maintaining or improving your mobility, strength, balance and flexibility as you age, then this class is for you. I have been working remotely with Jen at Be Fit Personal Trainers for a few months now. I live in Las Vegas, NV and she provides me with weekly fitness workouts from her fitness studio in Maryland. I complete my workouts in my home and track my progress and food diary online. Jen manages my progress and makes adjustments to my fitness routine as I get stronger. She also comments, as appropriate, when I indulge in cheesecake and provides me with better solutions for future encounters with sweets. I have lost almost 10 pounds and feel great, but most importantly I feel stronger and more confident

Owned by a husband and wife team, Be Fit is an awesome place to get fit! They are both amazing people and trainers with dynamic routines to keep exercise interesting. You can either schedule 1 on 1 training or take virtual classes. They also offer nutrition training, but I haven't done that. I recommend this place!

I have been training with Jen for a little over 2 years. She has pushed me to my maximum potential and has given me excellent results. Not only is she an experienced trainer but she has become a good friend. I really enjoy the personal attention as well as the atmosphere.

I have been working out at Be Fit with Jen for almost 5 years now and have made amazing progress on my fitness and weight loss goals. Jen and Gary are friendly, fun and motivated to see you succeed! Jen always makes my workouts diverse and challenging for me, no workouts are ever the same. Gary also has a TRX class on Saturdays which I just love, he is always mixing it up and I really enjoy the small group setting.
Definitely recommend Be Fit to anyone looking to get that individualized attention and actually be able to achieve and sustain your fitness goals.
