I lived here for 3 years. The price is reasonable for the amount of apartment space that you will get. There’s not much for the kids to do on the property but it’s so close to parks and other places for kids to go that it was never an issue. It was also fairly quiet and I would often forget I was in Wilmington. I never had any roaches but I had other issues that I’m convinced were just a part of where the apartment is located and having not so cleanly neighbors. Wendy, the property manager is the BEST thing about this place. If I had any issues I knew I could call/ email her and she did what
