Antiaging and Wellness Institute provides a full range of dermatology and aesthetic services to help you look and feel your best. Dr. Ross and her staff work individually with each patient to design personalized skin care treatments. Her staff includes a licensed aesthetician as well as a licensed massage and colon hydrotherapist.
For healthy, glowing skin, we offer chemical peels, microdermabrasion and laser facial rejuvenation, as well as BOTOX and Juvederm Injections. Relatively painless laser procedures remove or reduce the appearance of superficial wrinkles, freckles, scars, stretch marks and tattoos. We perform sclerotherapy for leg veins (varicose or "spider" veins).

Helen Ross, M.D. has practiced for many years in private practice. She was part of a thriving six office practice in the Tidewater Virginia area, with offices in Newport News, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, and a private dermatology practice most recently in Arizona.
Previously, she resided in New York City where she divided her time between two different humanitarian agencies, both of which provide multi-specialty medical, psychiatric and social services to the community.Dr. Ross provided dermatology care to both of these agencies, seeing approximately 15-25 patients per day, depending on the site.

Receptionist is an arrogant man, I don't like him at all! From the reviews you think they would replace him.
That being said, Dr. Helen Ross is amazing. She truly listens and cares about her patients. My Mom was having an issue over the last few years and Dr. Ross help my mom in one visit. I am very grateful for knowledge and her perspective with my mothers care.

Rudest most arrogant receptionist I ever met. I have been here six years ago and I remembered him being this way then so he can't blame it on the pandemic as he's doing. He feels this sense of belittling others as if he's higher than anyone. As he continued to baraid me I finally stated I now know why I didn't like this place last time and I don't like it now. I sat down I sat there and contemplated leaving for fear that I would get charged I decided to stay when he's so rudely came around the corner and said that he told dr. Helen what my comment was and that she's very hurt. 🤔 She needs to

Dr. Helen came off as condescending and racist. Instead of helping me, she complained about Americans. Repeatedly, she used the words "You Americans". Her 1 minute diagnosis for my skin issue was a birthmark. She said that all white people have it on the back of their neck.. I'm not white and I don't have a birthmark on the back of my neck. To make it worse, she criticized my toddler and my parenting.
