My name is Brett LaRue, and I was born and raised in Douglas County, Kansas. I graduated from Free State High School in 2001 and later obtained a degree in Business from Baker University--graduating magna cum laude. I have worn many hats in my 18 years since graduating high school, and I have been involved in almost every aspect of the construction trade at one time or another.

Brett helped us with our buyer’s home inspection. He arrived on time, walked us through the entire inspection process, and gave us all the information needed to correct, and or, prevent future problems. Not only was he professional, he was selfless. Five months after the inspection, we called and asked him how our gas fireplace worked, since we never had one before. He came by and got it started for us, free of charge. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a home inspector.

Brett at LaRue Inspection Service was wonderful! He was able to get us scheduled quickly. During the inspection process he was super thorough, making sure to check everything with intention and care. We are first time home buyers so this is a big deal! Brett made sure to walk through everything with us and was open for questions! He made sure to explain everything in a language we understood. He was kind and funny which made something normally stressful, fun and easy! He even said - ask me any and all questions, tomorrow, a month or a year from now! That made us feel like he really cared about

Brett LaRue was wonderful to work with. He was professional and thorough and helped us a lot with assessing our new house. LaRue Inspections performed two inspections on our behalf; my wife and I are first time home-buyers and were nervous/not sure what to expect. Brett LaRue was a consumate professional, and took the time on both sites (one in poor condition, the other excellent) to explain his critiques and notations. Brett was amazing during the inspection process on our recent home purchase. He took care of everything from start to finish, including coordinating to have a termite inspection done at the same time. From first contact to inspection day and beyond, Brett was easy to work with.
