If you are not completely satisfied at the end of the inspection, not only will we refund the inspection fee, but we will also pay for another InterNACHI Certified and insured inspector of your choice to inspect the same house. We are so confident in what we do we are willing to back it up 200%. This is our commitment to report all defects within the scope of a home inspection & in accordance with our inspection agreement.
If such a defect is not reported, clients have 60 days to inform Home Partners. We will evaluate & pay up to $250 toward repair costs. While we can't give our inspections away for free we do want to help. So, if the home we inspect for you falls through we will do another inspection for you within 30 days of the first inspection at a 25% discount on the whole house inspection fee.

I just wanted to say Nate did a very thorough job on our inspection. We have had several other inspection companies on previous houses that didn't come close to the detail of this one. Nate was very detailed with his report. He had documented things in the report that I had no idea I needed to give attention to. I really appreciate all of his efforts to ensure he noted everything we needed to know with photos and also included his recommendations on how to fix the issues. Being my first home, knowing all of these things really helps me become more aware of issues before they turn onto bigger problems

Having purchased a number of homes, HPI provides the best report we have ever seen. Not only are there good quality pictures of the items needing correction, there are pictures of everything inspected. We appreciated Eric's thoroughness. He was also very helpful in pointing out things to me as I followed him through the house, answering my questions while providing insights to ongoing maintenance needs. We are very happy with the video which made a great follow up piece. Very pleased with HPI and would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing a home inspection.

Nate showed up early and had already finished the outside of the house as I showed up. He was nice and easy to talk to. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Very poor inspection, clearly they know nothing about how electrical operates. Definitely need to get better in that field personal opinions do not wash out the NEC code book, definitely better get up to date on code & how gfci operate on a ungrounded system.

We are in the middle of buying a house and had Eric Zuelke do our home inspection. Eric was absolutely awesome!!! He was very personable, helpful, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he would do, he asked us what our biggest concerns were and he went out of his way to look into those things to make us feel comfortable.
