Chris inspected a home for us and was amazing. The inspection results were read to us in a way we could understand and the paperwork was flawless. He also had a treasure chest of toys for our two little ones that "helped" along the way. Great prices, great work and great value overall.

Chris was very thorough and nice but ultimately I was very disappointed in my report as many of the basic problems that turned out to be very large problems in my home were found no where in the report. Ie: wood rot on basement ceiling, all pluming missing gaskets and leaking, half of the electrical outlets are not functioning.

Chris was responsive & professional in answering any questions I had while going over his findings while on-site. His follow-up inspection reports are easy for the lay person to interpret and provide understandable diagrams of the proper way home systems are supposed to operate or be built/repaired. Chris inspected an historic home that we were going to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and took the time afterwards to go through what the report would say. Chris did a great job on a whole house inspection for my buyer clients. He took the time to explain to first-time buyers what concerns he had and corrections they could make after becoming homeowners. Chris was also willing to do a follow-up visit to the property when we had additional questions about an issue. We highly recommend Direct Inspections! I would like to thank Chris for his outstanding work and ability to be flexible with us during our home inspection process. We originally planned to be present for the inspection, but due to weather and travel we were unable to make the inspection.
