My name is Justin Myers, Certified Professional Inspector and owner of Integrity Inspections KC. I have worked hard over the past 17+ years to be the best inspector in Kansas City and all surrounding areas. My interest in homes and structures started at a very young age, and then developed into my interest and passion in college.
A thorough home inspection is by far one of the most critical parts of any home buying or selling process - and we provide the most thorough home inspections in Kansas City and all surrounding areas. A home inspection is not just a checklist of things we look at in your home. A home is complex and has many moving parts.
No roof or chimney too tall - we utilize drones to help us inspect areas that others can't. We walk every roof that is safe to access, and we work hard to get an up-close view of everything possible. Sometimes, conditions don't permit this, and this is where our drone comes in. We can get a bird's eye view of issues and areas that help us deliver better information.

Justin did a great job for us. His many years of construction experience helped us understand what would be needed to fix anything he found wrong. I really like the fact that he does his business online so I dont have to deal with paper work. He has been available for follow up questions as well and we appreciate that. Highly recommended!

Justin did a very through inspection of the home and came out on short notice!! He even found some items that had not been disclosed in the contract. Most importantly he was prompt with his report and very professional. He identified some things that I am glad to have fixed and paid for by the seller. In that respect the inspection paid for itself. 100% would recommend to anyone!

I hired Integrity Inspections KC to do a home inspection for a property I was considering purchasing. I was blown away by the thoroughness of the inspection and the detailed report. He even used an infrared camera at no extra charge.
