Of all the places I’ve lived, this has by far the worst sound insulation between apartments imaginable. Every footstep my upstairs neighbors make is loud enough to wake me up even while wearing ear plugs. I hear their conversations, when they drop things, run water, flush toilets... You’ll hear all of it. I’ve tried talking to management, but they can’t even do anything since this is just people living their normal lives. Would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re hoping for a quiet and peaceful place to live.

I have been at Owl Creek for almost a year now and have a hard time seeing myself somewhere else.
The location of Owl Creek is the perfect balance of residential and rural, and is just a 10 minute drive outside of downtown. It’s quiet and peaceful, allowing me to work and study from home with ease. There is a local farm stand just down the road with 24/7 access to fresh produce in the growing months.

Lived there for a year. Overall great location in a calm area of Ann Arbor, and great for family.
The buildings are safe and monitored. The amenities are nice, and we loved the pool and gym. Covered parking is included.
We lived in a 1BR unit, we liked the balcony and amenities. However, we didn’t like how big the kitchen island was, it killed the space. The living area was relatively small, so while the unit was approx 750sqft, it really wasn’t. The rent with the crazy electricity bill reached mid 1900’s. The trash on the weekend was a huge issue. The mailing system was overall poor and

Our apartment search ended in Own creek when Noah Nelson took his time to make sure that we had the home we wanted. The entire staff being empathetic to accommodate us, we felt as if we are connected.
Everyone is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located for us with the school we wanted. We are moving from Canada. Owl creek made sure that we do not go into too much of a paper work trouble.
If you are moving from out of state or out of country, this is THE place you should be renting. Good Luck.

We were in a pinch while our house was being built and Noah came to our rescue and got us into a great place. The community is super new, clean, quiet, and the staff is great. I love the amenities - dog park, gym with a Peloton, beautiful Club House, and the pool was always sparkling. Great experience all around and highly recommend.

I'm working at UM, and staying at 3 bedroom (1-302)very nice place to stay here, realistic and efficiency! Very close to nature. Pet playground, all brand new appliance and all inside, great business center, & fitness center, calm, spacious, very clean, nice club house, brand new grill and gas fireplace... Maintenance is showing great jobs every time.
We have been enjoying swimming pool with my kids everyday during summer season. Also, the shuttle service is very nice and convenient.
All people at the office are very kind and ready to resolve any problems.
I really recommend this place especially

The best apartment in Ann Arbor.
In particular, the club house, swimming pool and fire place here provide a wonderful moment that no apartment in the United States can imitate. Also, the great shuttle service to Ann Arbor everywhere is very convenient. Here, our family has the experience of living in a resort every day. Those who want an experience like ours in Ann Arbor seem to be the great choice without regret.

Moving from another state during the covid pandemic meant having to sign a lease without visiting in person. I chose this place solely for these 2 reasons:
1) the apartments were brand new 2) they had a dog park.
Sadly, it turns out that 50% of this is a lie. Despite advertising a dog park on their website and even having me sign a “Dog Park… Addendum” in the lease, THERE IS NO DOG PARK HERE!!! When I asked management about this, they said they would be building one in a month or two and that covid had caused some delays. However, upon speaking to other residents, apparently
