Guardian Quest Martial Arts
Children as young as 4 (sometimes even 3!) start here. If your child(ren) are under the age of 10, look to these classes. If children will be training with a parent or older sibling, look to our standard classes. Punching and kicking (Karate), ground fighting and grappling (Jujutsu), or sword, staff, stick, and knife (Kobujutsu) provide a buffet of options.

What sounds interesting? Andrea Kasten Loya was quiet, introverted, and shy before starting her training in the Guardian Martial Arts. She's STILL quiet, introverted, and shy! Why? Because there's absolutely nothing wrong with her being her! Very often, people think that women have to become a "tough chick" to be a Black Belt.

Our martial art is a classic style with a full curriculum. By black belt, all students have been exposed to all the material to develop a broad base of skill in the art being studied. We focus on training safe to be safe (Safe2bSafe). The Guardian Masters developed a way to train safely that has been proven effective in 30 altercations over the past 30 years.
Children as young as 4 (sometimes even 3!) have a lot of fun learning great life lessons and basic martial arts movements in Little Guardian Karate. Older elementary school kids advance in belts as they learn more sophisticated skills in Junior Guardian Karate! This is where to start for children under age 10.
In this class, students invest about two years learning a variety of skills, techniques, and forms. This class includes some very-safe sparring to practice handling chaos. Combining those approaches has consistently produced protection-ready students. The structure of Guardian Karate is very classical, like many traditional martial arts.
Little Guardian Karate is for children ages 4 to 8. The youngest children start here and take just this one class until they learn the rules and basic movements. Then they can add Junior Guardian Karate at no additional charge. Junior Guardian Karate is for children ages 6 to 9. Younger children can advance to this class with some experience in Little Guardian Karate.
The most elite performers in business and sports invest huge sums in personal development. Fortune 500 Corporations literally spend billions. Master Conway has invested six-figures in seminars, workshops, masterminds, coaching and more. The Next Level Programs are the other way. These are programs that quite rightly should involve an additional fee of hundreds of dollars per month.

This place has changed our family in so many ways! We're closer than ever before (the family that trains together, stays together!), and we're not only challenged, but supported, in becoming our best selves.
The instructors are awesome, the environment is friendly, supportive, caring, and self-defense oriented. My son has already used what he's learned to defend himself without escalating the situation.
The curriculum is equally challenging and rewarding, and the take-away philosophies/principles will help you excel in many areas of life!
A total bonus is that they don't charge for belt tests

I have learned how to fight, as well how to not have to fight. Valuable life lessons too. 10+ years and I keep coming back! Always something to learn!
