Calibre Bend Apartments

So far so good we just moved into this apartment not too long ago and moving in was easy like every apartment things need to be fixed but the maintenance team gets the job done quick and are extremely friendly as well as the office staff. They’re having a fall festival along with a pie eating contest during the event, that should sum up how great it sounds to live here! I’ll add the 5 stars after living here for a bit longer :). We had roaches in our apartment that looked like it was a problem before moving in, the situation really causes for a great inconvenience

I lived at Calibre Bend for about 2 years (2012-2014) and I absolutely loved it. The amenities were always clean, and the staff were very helpful.

I've lived in 2 apartments in 3 years here and I've gotta say not the best but not the worst either. Everything all the other reviews say about stealing from you is true and they will rob you blind as much as they can. I had no water pressure to the point it would take 15 minutes to even fill a gallon of water but maintenence said it's working so it's fine. I've been woken up by huge roaches and the walls are very thin. Something breaks every week, AC, lights blinds dryer and the office will not do anything about anything unless you go down to the office on their hours and make a scene. They will

I have enjoyed my experience while living here so far. The property is well maintained and everyone is friendly and professional. Maintenance is really quick to get to my apartment when I put in a request, which is night and day from my last apartment.

I love my apartment! It's so cozy and really big! Coming home is the best part of my day lol. And the festivities are very fun lol🤣

Janice, you are so amazing! You made the whole process of moving our son across the country to go to school there seamless. As a business owner, I hope Calibre Bend knows how fortunate they are to have you on their team! I see great things for your future!

I finally found a community that cares Janice and Carey are amazing. Maintenance is on top of everything. Each one of them make me feel special here. The constant smiles and waves, to the random thank yous for being here. The resident events are so fun and their Facebook page is awesome. Thank you Calibre Bend you guys are amazing! Beautiful place to live. Met a lot of people here!

I am beyond thankful to have moved into such a great complex! Janice and Carey in the leasing office are so helpful anytime my roommate and I have questions or concerns and always offer a grateful smile when passing by on the golf carts. Jose, Sammy, and Ramiro are the maintenance dream team. Super responsive if there is a maintenance issue or emergency. The frequent food trucks are a major plus! I have recommended Calibre Bend to many friends and two have moved in as a result. The only thing missing from the complex is a dog park. As a dog friendly complex, a dog park would be amazing!
