Services
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.
Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc. To tour our floor plans and see what amenities may be available, please give us a call. Online payments available Pay your rent via credit card, Apple Pay, walk-in payment system (WIPS), FREE e-check (ACH) or text-to-pay!
See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.

The lady in the office (sorry, didn't get her name) was so rude, as she was yelling at us from the moment the automatic door opened. This place would have been. great fit for my mother, but I would NOT send my worst enemy into that leasing office. I understand that people have bad days, but this reaction to us simply walking into the office is totally unacceptable. I feel sorry for the residents here, as I feel like they are seniors/elderly without choices as to where to go if they left. Please pray for this lady, because she could use it! God Bless!!!

I have been living here since September 2015 and love the apartments. Manager is
the best. She knows and cares a lot for the people that live here and for the property. She is always helpful with your needs. We also have the best Maintenance person. He is there anytime time of the day or night for any type of emergency.

I've lived here 6 yrs & love it. The landscape is always maintained. The residents are very friendly. The manager Mary Blye is Awesome, will take time to help you with any need. Cares alot about each & every resident here. Really shows respect for the Seniors. Bryce our maintenance engineer can pretty much do anything that needs fixing & goes beyond treating each problem in a timely matter. Before the pandemic there was All kinds of Activities weekly to keep the Seniors busy & have fun or to set in on very important things pertaining to Seniors. We're slowly getting back. I am so glad I moved to Parkway. One of the better decisions I've made! Mary Bley is the most caring manager I've ever known. Bryce Ramirez is very professional and proficient at his job as Maintenance Guru and really knows his job. Jerry Young keeps the property looking so nice all the time.

Great response to maintenance problems. Had an emergency with refrigerator over holiday weekend. Mary Bley was kind in agreeing that it was an emergency, and Bryce Ramirez was here with a smile on his face within the hour to get the problem fixed. And he did get it fixed very quickly - he knew exactly how to deal with the problem. Both Mary and Bryce are always generous and smiling and helpful.
