In 2008, Alan Schneider searched central Florida for a car wash that had strong standards for cleaning cars and customer service. Based on his decades of entrepreneurial experience in the transportation industry, he knew there was an opportunity for a quality car wash. Hoping to start a car wash brand, Alan sought the help of lifelong friend Eddie Moy, who also had decades of experience with his mechanical and operational expertise.
Together, Sweetwater Car Wash was born in 2009 in Ocoee, Florida. Today, Sweetwater Car Wash is a recognized organization with a handful of locations in Central Florida. Services
All Sweetwater Wash Clubs are valid at any Sweetwater Car Wash location. To purchase a wash club please visit any of our locations and press "Join Wash Club" at the pay station. After the pay station gives you a receipt, please proceed through the wash and park your vehicle. Ask for a manager so we can answer any questions and get your RFID sticker!

We only use soft cloth materials that will not cause scratches or swirls. Sweetwater car wash only uses chemicals and processes that are safe for your vehicles' finish and graphics. All dually trucks and all very low suspension cars need to be hand washed. If you are not sure if you car will fit into the car wash tunnel, proceed to the hand wash area and ask a staff member to check the clearance for you.

I've been to this car wash several times in the past as it is the only one near me that I can fit in with my Ford Raptor. Recently I tried to visit this location once again to have my truck cleaned and was presented with issues right off the bat. The lady helping people select car washes looked uneasy and went and grabbed her supervisor, (a gentleman with ginger hair in a red uniform) and he came up to my window and said my truck might be too big in which I replied that i frequent this car wash and have never had an issue. I have a jeep gladiator ‘21 with some modifications for a long time and for the last year I clean my car with not issues, today when I go out of the tunnel I ask for the manager (Jesus) And I explain that the spinning rolls doesn’t even bing close to my car and the only thing that happens is the water fall from the top, he refuse to accept that and refuse to give a total refund and I left that they finish the job.

So I came here about a year ago and they did a phenomenal job. It was time to clean my car again and I looked this place up since they performed well before. I saw they had been receiving some poor reviews since I last visited, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I showed up as expected I paid a little over $40 dollars for a full service exterior/interior detail. I don't mind the price. If anything, I'd say that's very fair.

First time here and still a bit confused how this is supposed to work. There are attendants but maybe they are there if you want more of a traditional service. I actually did go in for more of a service model but was confused and panicked so I evidently just chose an option that didn’t require them. Still rated high though because that was more my fault than the businesses. I would recommend to be attendants take a bit of control of the conversation though when they see confusion. Clean car and no problems.

This establishment used to be 5 stars and a very good value. I was a regular customer who typically paid for full service plus detail… and regularly recommended it to friends and family. Unfortunately, over about the past 9 months, the service has gone downhill (want full service during the earlier business hours? “Sorry, we don’t have staff” is the typical answer) while the prices have gone up substantially (roughly 25-40%). Maybe this new business model can work because many new people come through and don’t know any better. For me, I just think it’s a darn shame that this has occurred

I understand why you increase the prices. Market is different right now and living costs still going up. Business costs are even higher. So I get it and I don't mind about the increase of the services, specially in the Dr Phillips area, that's not a problem. My problem has been with the detailing. Managers should be more attentive before team members return the cars to their owners.

VERY disappointed! I normally visit the Windermere location but when I called today to see if they are doing full service (interior & exterior) they said "no, but our Doctor Phillips location is". That's much further out of my way, but I do understand so I said thank you and decided to head there. I called around 4:00pm to confirm they do full service and they said "yes, no detailing but full service". Great, totally understand! I used to use this car wash frequently when I lived in the Dr. Phillips area. I usually would just go through the exterior wash, but I would do the full service for the interior occassionally. They did a great job.

They put their prices up to $10 for a basic wash. $10 for a bit of soap and water? What a joke! It wouldn’t be so bad if they would provide cleaning products in the vacuum area for their customers but they don’t.
I used to go here all the time but I’ll never go back. Just another business not caring about their customers and only caring about the money! Huge disappointment.

Poor attention to detail. I've been to this location twice and each time I have left unsatisfied. Floor mats are wet when receiving my car, and leave residue, car is not vacuumed to satisfaction and overall my car is not professionally cleaned on the inside. Friendly staff, however I would not recommend this car was service.

I paid for a $30 car wash with interior detailing and all the exterior extras and after half an hour of waiting, I finally get the car back and realize that the car is still very dusty. Super dissatisfied and embarrassed because I recommended someone to come here and they received the same results. Mind you, $30 is expensive for a car wash to receive results this bad.

Their "in & out" full service wash is what I always purchase and they do an amazing job ensuring my vehicle is spotless. Thank you for cleaning my car as I would. These jokers advertise free vacuums with a wash. Well non of their vacuums have suction. Half of them are all taped up and doesnt do anything for you. Everyone vacuuming their car today was asking everyone else if theirs had suction.
I know how much money car washes make. For them to not keep these vacuums functional is extremely slimy especially when they use them as a ploy to get business.

I can bring my car here in any condition, and if I purchase the full service cleaning I get the inside and out for $27. Now that's not that cheap, but compared to what other places charge it's a steal! Especially considering the quality, I certainly recommend this joint to my friends.

This was my first experience with sweetwater car wash. It's on my way home from work so I was looking forward to finding a accessible car wash stop. However I wasn't really impressed with Sweetwater or their prices.

This was included a Soft Cloth Wash, Triple Coat Conditioner, Rinse, Clear Coat Sealer, Power Dry and Free Self Service Vacuum. The part that got me was the soft cloth wash. Because obviously I could go through any car wash for cheaper otherwise.
