I've been here for almost a year now. The staff is great, quick to solve problems or issues usually the same day. Front gate always works, staff are easy to talk to and very helpful. The apartments are nice but the walls are super thin. You can literally hear your neighbors cough. The littering is the worst part for me. People living here just throw their trash right out of the window while they drive out of the complex. Also leaving bags of trash infront of doors. I think management should do a more extensive process on applicants who want to move in. People also don't pick up after their dogs

Where do I begin? What a breath of fresh air! First off, hats off to Cindy and Suzie! They're a dynamic duo! I have lived here for about three weeks now, and I must say, I love it here! It's quiet, and most importantly...CLEAN. They really keep up with the property. From the breezeways to the trash compactor. This is a big turn around from where I moved from. Anyway, I needed to move ASAP. I explained my situation to Cindy and not only did she listen, she made it happen! She was so professional and sweet throughout the entire move in process. She had excellent communication, which is highly appreciated

My family and I enjoy living here at Edge Water Vista we’ve been here now for three years. These luxury apartment have big spacious bathrooms, walk-in closets and what I love the most is that we have an huge patio deck.
you can also see the habitations walking through the complex we have deers, squirrels and we even have a little frog living in a plant on our patio.
Cindy and Suzanne are very professional very relatable very sufficient and will help you with any circumstances that may come your way.

Absolutely love this neighborhood. Prior to moving here, I had some friends that lived in the neighborhood and I always noticed how clean they kept it. During the pandemic, I needed to quickly make some life changes but Cindy and Susie were there to help me get into a remolded unit. Safe and tucked away, thr neighborhood is quiet and you can tell they take pride in their residents! Although I will be moving for better opportunities, I would 100% come back to this neighborhood and recommend it to new folks moving to the ATL area!

Me and my sister spent all last week apartment hunting and these apartments seem to be the best units I’ve looked at so far. They are spacious, well kept and seem to be very quiet. But their customer service was what won me over. Mrs.Cindy in the leasing office was AMAZING! She was so nice, patient, and informative. Thank you!

I’ve had the pleasure of living in this beautiful well kept community for the last 3 years. I’ll be signing my fourth lease this year. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure to accommodate your needs. They host community events to allow neighbors to meet one another. The maintenance team is without a doubt diligent and timely. The manager is very thorough, kind, and professional and addresses any issues you may have and the assistant manager remembers everyone in the community and makes you feel like you’re a priority when you speak with her. The Edgewater Vista community is awesome

I pay 890 for my 1br. On the 3rd fl. Facing north. Absolutely love it. Hate the surrounding neighborhoods, as you're in da ghetto, but it's essential to be close to my job. Apartment is nice & spacious. Had a problem where the capacitor for the A/C went out. It was fixed by 10-11am. Cindy & Susie are very receptive to your requests, & the maintenance guy is pretty nice too. He does his job, picks up trash daily when he's not busy.

I have been living at these apartments for almost a year now and it has been great. It's in a prime spot that isn't more than about a 30 minute drive (depending on traffic) from downtown Atlanta or Stone Mountain. It's also conveniently located right off the I-285 exit and about 2 miles from I-20.
The maintenance crew and managers are very responsive. If you are having an issue, it is usually taken care of the next day, usually no more than 2-3 days. They have very affordable prices which is hard to find these days. I recommend anyone to live here.

I been staying in this property for an year now. Everything from the leasing office to the maintenance has been great since I been here. Always a smile and kindness when you interact with them. Both Susan and Cindy will make you feel right at home when you walk in the door. I really like it here from the up keep of the property to the quietness here, to the friendly neighbors who look after each other, to the open parking space for my family and friends when they visit. Thank yall for everything that you all do.

The management and maintenance are so nice and helpful. Every problem I've had, they have had it taken care of quickly. I've lived here since June, and I still love my apartment. When I first moved in, Cindy was super sweet and even had a nice air freshener plugged in so it would smell nice when I got my keys. I once called maintenance on a cold Friday night because I thought I heard something, and even though it wasn't a life threatening emergency, he came and inspected everything, even took boxes outside to make sure he didn't see anything. The complex is also pretty quiet, and I've never had
