I take an integrative and holistic approach to treatment utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques including psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).While I treat clients with a wide range of issues, my specialties include anxiety disorders, mood disorders and relationship issues.
