If you are busy we offer mail in repair, simply contact us by phone for an estimate, then mail your item with a note explaining what you need done. When the repair is complete we will contact you for payment by credit card and return your item by UPS. We carry a full selection of everything needed to keep your leather goods looking like new including; polishes, brushes, water proofers, conditioners, laces and more.

The business owner did a wonderful job reviving my 5 year-old Stewart Weitzman boots that I almost donated due to wear and tear. His attention to detail on the soles and heels was executed meticulously and he even fixed the scratches on the surface and polished the leather. The boots came back like brand new. I have been wearing the same pair of leather Doc Martens to work for about two years now. Let's just say they definitely lost a lot of their luster! Brought them in to Arthur & Sons for a good old cleaning and shine. What a wonderful experience! These Docs have not looked like this lovely in a very long time. In fact, I would say they shine even more now than when I first bought them! Will definitely be back again. Thank you so much, Roman! :)

I brought my dog's leather leash here to be repaired as the clip had broken and I needed a new one. Roman was able to advise me on what type of clip to get as a replacement and was able to fix the leash while I waited. I thought the prices were reasonable and will definitely come again!

Got a shoe polish while I waited. Worst polish I have ever had! Worse yet, gentleman working there CONSISTENTLY cut me off when I tried to reason with him to blend in the color he ACTUALLY said "I don't listen." SERIOUSLY!? I'll have to look for another place or stick with the
airports and conference centers where I usually go. Steer clear of this nonsense. UPDATE: After such a bad job I was frustrated enough to go get my own shine kit. See pic of the "DIY" outcome. I shouldn't have had to deal with this when I paid for a shine but needed to get done.

Recently I brought two pairs of shoes to Arthur and Sons. One had a large oil stain on the front that would not disappear, and the other was in bad repair. The team at Arthur and Sons did an amazing job and restored both shoes to their original condition. Great results and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I had bought a really cool pair of boots for my high-schooler- he tried them on, loved them, and then put them in his room. Within ten minutes, one of our English setters had chewed a strap and damaged it more than slightly. I had heard about Arthur & Sons from a friend, and asked them to take a look and see what they could do. They came up with a creative solution that works great and conceals the damage! The work was done quickly, and I paid a fair price. My son is thrilled. I highly recommend Arthur & Sons shoe repair.

I dropped off boots with straps and a few metal buckles and my husband's shoes. Both were getting polished and they were resoling the boots. I am disappointed in the color match of each polish job. The boots have this raspberry brown on them which is not what they were when I dropped them off. The men's shoe brown is off too. The boots were returned with polish stains on the boot buckles and not polished under all the straps. Additionally, when I dropped them off I asked about a small spot of sap and they said it could be addressed but they just polished over it. I can still feel/see the slightly
