My wife took our Ford Ranger here, needed a couple of sensors and new exhaust system. We picked it up a a week ago. After reviewing the invoice and doing a cost comparison on parts I realized how ridiculous the mark up was.
For the record I've edited this post to remove the revealing details because they called her and tried to make it right by refunding some of the cost. Apparently you all are very nice but it begs to question why you think it's ok to do this in the first place.
I understand making a profit but there's a matter of principle here you seem to overlook.
