Renting with Verandas was far and away the best renting experience I have ever had. Andrew was so kind and helpful with any questions and through the move in/out process. Maintenance requests were completed asap. The property is kept so nice and parking lots well lit. And the units are great. I honestly was sad to have to move out. I can’t say enough good things about this property!

I moved into here in mid-July after a road trip halfway across the country. We arrived right as the office was closing, but Andrew stayed to help move me in and was very patient with our arrival. The apartment is spacious with tall ceilings, and everything was very clean and ready for my arrival. It was an easy move in and I've loved living here! Very quiet and very dog friendly. Highly recommend.

Over priced for something so cheap. The cabinets in the kitchen are terrible, the max weight is like 10lbs any more then that, and it will break. It’s cheap ply wood. The paint chips so easily. I’ve lived on the second floor and my roomie use to live on the first floor in another unit. Both times there were water issues from the unit above. It would sink in, and cause a giant water mark in the ceilings. Would not recommend to anyone.
