In 2012, President Obama established a program called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). This program grants temporary, renewable status for two years at a time to undocumented individuals who were under 16 when their parent(s) brought them to the United States. DACA protects recipients from deportation and allows them to obtain work authorization and a Social Security number.

Went in to file for citizenship. I had an aggravated felony in 2009. Immigration judge dismissed that charge as "aggravated" in 2015 the judge signed on that I brought all that paperwork. So my citizenship got denied which makes no sense. Then I called the office to speak with Mr Clarke to tell him about this. The staff said to wait for his call waited over 5 days, Called back same thing. They told me we are aware we will contact you and whoever picked up the phone apparently didn't like the fact I kept calling to check on that. The appeal was a time sensitive matter and still no call back. I wasn
