If I could give negative stars, I would. Please avoid this firm at all costs. We provided all our tax documentation weeks before the initial April 2021 deadline with no communication as the deadline drew close. At noon on the filing deadline, we finally got an email back saying the team would file extensions for us (see attached picture). At 6pm on the filing deadline, we got another asking us to approve our returns. However, there was a large mistake on the return that we asked them to rectify. Then, radio silence again. Another dozen or more emails and several phone calls without response over

I recently moved to the US from Australia. My company offered free tax service through KPMG. I learned the hard way that “free” means they don’t care. Moved to Castro & Co and couldn’t be happier. Trust me, you’re better off paying for quality tax assistance than getting the free service from your company.

Tiffany, Alfonso and the rest of the team that helped me with my taxes were wonderful! Easiest tax experience ever!
After getting a scary quote from H&R Block (literally, they told me I owed over $1K), Castro & Co helped me through everything with ease and ended up getting me a refund instead of having to owe money!

Castro & Co. have been doing my taxes for the past three years and I could not be more pleased with the results. I had a complicated international tax situation and had been using an accountant.
