Attorney John Morey is a native of Tampa, Florida. After moving to New York he attended the State University of New York College at Brockport where he earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology. Mr. Morey earned his Juris Doctorate from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where he graduated in the top 25% percentile of his class.

Mr. Morey is an intelligent attorney with a professional manner. My lawsuit was a small claims case he filed for me against the defendant, and he won every part of it for me. He fully answered my questions about each step in the process.
He knew exactly how to handle the case, and presented the evidence in the best way and at the correct time to have the most impact.
In the courtroom he was polite but firm. He was a gentleman, and even helped the opposing party when they haddifficulties with the video call and audio on it, so that we could get started.

I would like to thank Attorney Roberto Vasquez for working so diligently to bring our Eviction case to a satisfactory close. My husband and I are landlords and were caught up in the Eviction Moratorium (CDC Declaration issued to us by our tenant). Our tenant was extremely combative, making for a very tense situation for over 8 months with no rent being paid while we struggled to pay the bills the entire time. Our tenant had never worked, so didn't lose a job due to COVID and legally not qualifying for protection under the Moratorium, but she was, none the less, granted it by the courts. Her rent

I don't know where to start... Attorney John Morey and his team helped me with an issue that was highly personal for me. I had purchased something after saving money for a long time, and it got lost when it was being shipped. I was extremely disappointed. The seller stalled me for months and never filed a return. Every lawyer I called rejected me. They did not want to take the case.

to gather info and decide who to have assist us... The first 2 attorney offices explained that the earliest phone consult would be 4 or 5 days away and we would be charged $250 at one firm and $300 at the other firm to simply get general information about how the eviction would work and
