Really bad service!!!We are doing Family immigration, after we paid no one contact us. We called many times during that time, they always said the lawyer is busy. After 2 weeks the lawyer called me and asked me pay more about other service. I don't want pay them with doing nothing. The assistance just sent us the form and let us do it by ourself, so why we are paying for you guys? The worst service I have ever had.

I call in today for asking for help with my fraud case, amount of $7000 lost. I understand this is small amount to them and they might not help, but just to see by any chance or any advice I can claim back my money.
