Took my '14 Kia Soul here & had my brakes & rotors done. They found that something else was really wrong & gave me a great price, showed me everything that needed to be done an were very nice & professional. Turned out I didn't need 1 part which was a added bonus once they got into working on it & notified me. I will definitely be going back for any future needs. No huge mark ups which is much appreciated. Great communication as well.

What would happen if a Troop of Boy Scouts opened an Auto Repair Shop? Throw in years of hands on experience and you'd get JR's. Dustin is awesome & honest. He and his crew know their way around vehicles and don't take a dime more than the job warrants.
You can tell they're good, they're usually busy. They have a secure lot, but not a ton of room to store your vehicles so... Give him a call in advance, if you can, and you won't be disappointed.

Dustin helped us through a nightmare with our trucks and fifth wheel while on vacation! Dustin and his crew are great. I had them do a brake job for me. I supplied the rotors and pads. They were more than willing to perform the work if the materials were quality. I purchased Bosch Rotors and OEM pads. They had the work done in a couple of hours at a very reasonable rate. My Avalanche rides smoother than ever, their workmanship was top notch. Thanks guys!

I have been to see Dustin and his crew close to a half dozen times now for various things and he has always been spot-on. Everyone is always very helpful, takes the time to explain things and actually physically show you. Dustin's fair and honest pricing makes it a pleasure to give my money to this independent locally-owned shop.

I had a crack in each of the two exhaust manifolds and i had some wheel noise that others claimed it was a bearing. Dustin lift the truck and used a stethoscope and found out that the noise was coming from a differential and bearings were fine.
He replaced the manifolds, differential and he called out a belt squeak, which i new about, so he replaced that as well.
My truck now feels and sounds like new.
Overall service and cost were great.

We took our 2009 CRV due to engine light transmission code. They were pretty busy, so we dropped off our car. The next day, my husband got a call from Dustin who quoted us $105 for a sensor replacement. In addition, I contacted him last minute for an oil change . So glad to find an honest mechanic in town. I've had bad experiences from other mechanics who gives me a list and price for repairs when not much is needed. Awesome job!

We were visiting the Placerville area, having pulled our travel trailer up. The "Check Engine" light went on in the truck, and not knowing if it would affect the ability to tow the trailer home, we stopped at the local GMC dealership for help. The service manager there refused to help us, so we frantically called around for help. Even though JR's was closed for the day, they offered to have us come by and they would run a diagnostic to find out what the error code was. As a courtesy, they scanned all 11 modules and discovered it was a Glow Plug and assured us it was safe to drive

Guys here are very helpful and get the job done quickly. Price was excellent. Needed to find a good mechanic locally, and now I have.
