I was driving behind one of their techs in a van today, 4/8/21 at about 11am on I-84 going east. Within five minutes I saw him - cut off two cars, not use a blinker 3 times, and was driving WAYYY to close to the car in front of them and had to slam on their breaks regularly to stop in time.
I haven’t used them as a service, but this alone showed me that their company policies, culture and ethics do not align with mine. Myself and the three others in my car have noted to not use them for any future maintenance needs.

I've used them twice. Both times to repair a 'True' brand commercial fridge (see below). Both times they were prompt and did the repair correctly on the first trip. What prompted this review from me was the way they rectified the little billing issue on the last trip. Apex is a fair company and they care about their customers.
In case you're considering a 'True Refridgeration' product, I can't recommend them (mediocre quality and no warranty. They don't honor manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials). Apex does a good job repairing all the problems and quality issues on these though.
