Best place ever for alterations - the lead lady converts slacks and shorts for me to petites and always suggests the least expensive way which is good because you don't have to sacrifice pocket space - have seen men in there having suits altered, brides and bridesmaids and prom goers - male and female - more than one dressing room and the employees have on masks and hand sanitizer - great parking because it's in the Food Lion parking lot - very $$ reasonable

Had a horrible experience with Cam’s Alterations. Walked in with my wedding dress in hand and said “Hi I’d like to get an estimate for my wedding dress alterations.” The lady looks at me and says “I’m looking.” I said “okay” and opened the dress. I told her a few things I thought needed to be done and she said “Too much money. Go buy new dress.” I put the dress on anyways for her to look at. She put 4 pins in it, which didn’t address all of the issues and then told me she couldn’t do bustles because my dress is tulle. Do not recommend for wedding gown alterations.

EXCELLENT service and workmanship on a rush hem for a bridesmaid’s dress,—even staying open late for me to pick up after an out of town trip! I would rate with ten stars if available!!!

Been going here for years and Cam never let's me down. She seams well, tailors well, patches well, etc. She meets her proposed deadlines every time. Reasonable pricing.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took two lace dresses to Cam's to just have a ribbon put on under the bust. I even provided the ribbon. She charged me $40 for this, which I already thought was pricey, but I was under a time crunch. It took her 5 days to do this, and one of the dresses was for my sister's wedding on Friday. When I picked up, the ribbon didn't seem attached very well. I asked to try on the dress, which before fit perfectly. When I tried it on it was very tight, and was difficult to zip up. Fantastic job on 48 year old, real leather, real fur, coat! I mean the lining was shot to hell the collar, couple of buttons missing, etc. but they nailed it!!!! My mom repaired it for me for my birthday as it was originally hers, but i fell in love with it and took it from her years ago. It took her 2 years to even find someone willing to do it, and at a reasonable cost.. GREAT JOB!!!

I have been using Cam for about 16 years for anything and everything! I started with her when she was with another alteration business and stayed with her when she went out on her own!

She has done everything for me from hem a pair of pants, to make costume dresses for me for dance when I was younger, to alter a bridesmaid dress from a size 22 to a size 2 to fit like perfection!

She is fast, inexpensive, and one of the sweetest women you will ever meet!

She has always done a great job on my alterations. And she's less expensive than the other guys in town.
