Services
The selection of eye wear you receive is processed based on the doctors recommended prescription. A Guaranty is provided by the manufacture of the hardware, replacements are based on product defects only. Adjustments to product can be made at additional cost or in compliance of regulations; which are related to a prescription adjustment with -in 45 days of purchased date.

Patrick the optician is simply the BEST! He has served my extended family over the years from his practices, and has ALWAYS provided us with the most conscientious service along with an awesome selection of eyewear across price points. Excellent experience! Dr. Nguyen was quick and efficient, giving me great advice on how to keep my eyes healthy. Patrick was knowledgeable and fast to suggest frames currently in-style and was able to quote prices off the top of his head. Julie was kind enough to inform me that they were not in my insurance network but supplied me with an itemized receipt so that I could submit myself for reimbursement. The safety glasses I wanted weren’t in-stock, so it was going to take longer to get them in...yet it only took about a week!! Thanks everyone!!

The staff is pretty professional except the receptionist she's going to lose them a lot of business and money. I came in to pick up me and my son's glasses today and initially I had no problems with the price she goes to ring me up she says $198.00 I'm like okay so I paid and I left the store within a few minutes of me leaving she calls back to charge me another hundred dollars she said she made an error in a price. I was honorable and came back and pay the $100. Even though $100 is a lot when you're on an unemployed student with two kids. Honestly the situation was just messy.

My appointment was at 11 am. I showed up on time. I was told.that someone came in late for their appointment amd it would.be 25 minute wait or I could reschedule. Its now 11:50 I am still waiting. I will never use this place again. I only came here cause it was close to work and thought it would be convenient.
The provider seems very nice but this is a big inconvience for me.

My husband and I both have our eye exams and get frames at Martin's Fine Eyewear. He has a great selection of frames and will help you find just the right pair! I've tried cheaper options for frames and I will never again. His prices are competitive and it's so valuable to be able to try on the frames and have them adjusted as needed. Thanks Martin!
