Ran over my glasses with my bike tire, the next day on Saturday. I called this place to get my glasses corrected. They are by appointment only I didn’t know this, but I was looking on Google to find a place that was able to fix them. They were the first place I called. They were able to get me in right away fixed my glasses in two minutes ask for a couple dollars for the fix which I was happy to pay for, then when I pulled out my credit card they gave it to me for free.
The staff that are on site were extremely friendly and of course very helpful. I recommend this place 100%.

I brought in some sunglasses for repair on a whim, and within 15 minutes they were good as new and fit better than ever before! I’ll definitely be coming back for future eyeglass/sunglasses purchases, due to the fantastic customer service and amazing frame selection! They carry unique, high-quality brands that you probably wouldn’t see at standard opticians/eyeglass stores. Highly recommend

My friend's dad ordered glasses here and then passed away a month later from cancer. Despite the fact that he was a frequent and supposedly valued customer, 4YEO will not refund the money he paid back to his estate, even after alleging they could easily just resell the frames he ordered. I understand they're a small business, but that's just awful customer service.
I'm in the market for new glasses and was considering this place, but no longer. I think my friend's family has been through enough without this extra insult. Treating your customer base well is just as vital as having a good product

The service and care I have received at 4 Your Eyes Only has always been top notch. They are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate me and I've always gotten compliments from people on the glasses I've purchased from them. Reading the two negative reviews stemming from a single client, I find it absurd that anyone would be upset over not being refunded for a pair of custom ordered glasses that they did not even order for themselves. Ignore the crazies with insane demands and trust that this is a small, locally owned business worth patronizing!

My Ray-Bans had been dropped and stepped on. I needed new nosepads to get them back in comfortable order. I visited 4 your eyes only to see if they had nosepads that would work. Upon entering, I was greeted by Solange and her dog. She is one of the most friendly, warm individuals I've encountered. She took the time to find the correct replacement parts, install them properly, and even straightened up the glasses at no extra charge. I highly recommend stopping by here for any glasses/optical needs!

This place was a refreshing surprise! Can't say how pleased I am with my experience here. Both very friendly young ladies greeted me walking through the door and asked me how they could help. I was there to get my mom's glasses fixed (arm fell off and I couldn't seem to get it back into place to put new screw in). I was in and out within 25 minutes. And the whole time she was fixing the glasses, the young lady (doctor? Technician?) chatted with me and was very cordial. No pressure to buy anything, they just seemed genuinely happy to help. A+++++ Would visit again! =)
