Dr. Ly and his staff we're wonderful. My daughter has major anxiety about going to the dentist bc of a bad experience she had in the years past.
He was able to do do all of her dental work in 1 apt and best part is she left in no pain and her anxiety is getting less and less. I would recommended Dr ly and his office to anyone with you ones that need a co.fortable and conveint dental home.

We’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and every visit has been a pleasant experience. My daughter looks forward to coming for her check ups every time. I am so glad that we found Dr. Ly. His entire office is friendly, patient, and just awesome (Especially Destiny!) When I was growing up, I didn’t have the best experience going to the dental office. I dreaded it every time. I’m glad my daughter has Dr. Ly and his team to set her up for a life of healthy smiles. :)

Dr. Ly’s office is amazing! I have been bringing my 3 children here for many years! Dr. Ly is kind and very personable. He comes out and explains exactly what is going on with your child. He only recommends what is necessary and my children love him! His assistant Destiny is also amazing! She works with your schedule and is very efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a wonderful pediatric dentist!

My son has been coming to Dr. Ly’s office since he was 2 years old and he is now 14. Dr. Ly is very thorough, explaining everything to not only myself but to my son making him feel comfortable with any procedure. He never rushes. His team is very personable, knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. I would highly recommend him!

The staff and the Dr were so amazing. Patient, compassionate, caring, kind. They were so nice and calm when they had to deal with all my endless questions and concerns. I observed the Dr come out into the waiting room and sit down next to a mom and speak with her about her daughters. I have been to so many dentists and they were far and above the best.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and able to accommodate my schedule. The Dr has a way of making the children calm and comfortable effortlessly, they are definitely good at what they do! A relaxed but professional environment. They are excellent at communication. I especially love the text message reminders & the fact that I can respond real time and will receive a response even after business hours. I was referred to this office by a friend and always mention them if I hear somebody looking for a quality pediatric dentist!

My son is almost six years old had to have a bunch of dental work done. He had to be put to sleep for all of his treatment to be completed at once. The experience was easy. My little guy had no adverse reactions to being put to sleep and it's nice to have all the work done it once. He has no memory of anything. The staff and the doctor are the most amazing team in Escondido for Pediatric Dentistry. The office is clean friendly and inviting. We were referred to Dr. Ly when my son had a dental emergency on a holiday weekend. Dr. Ly was knowledgeable and kind and helped us through it. We liked him so much that both of our kids go there now. He is an excellent pediatric dentist! I appreciate the fact that he has kids too... it helps him relate to families well! His staff is great as well.
