I love this office! Jenny is one of the best dentist ever!!! I was recently in her office after losing my insurance back in 2012. I couldn’t be happier, I needed some dental work , not to mention I get anxiety going to the dentist, she is super gently and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend her!!!!

LEAKY FILLINGS. At first impression Dr. Tsai seemed like a sweet honest lady. My daughter had 4 fillings done by Dr. Tsai. Then 3-4 years later my daughter experienced discomfort and to my surprise all the fillings Dr. Tsai had previously performed have to be redone because they are all leaking! Unfortunately, this can lead to a root canal. When I asked my neighbors on the Nextdoor app if anyone else has had this experience I was shocked at all the negative stories many had to say about this dentist. Jenny’s great. I had to go to a different dentist when she was on her 2 month leave at the end of last year. Both dentists I saw were giving me the wrong diagnosis and telling me I need all this extra work done just so they can make more money off me I guess. I finally went and had an appointment with Jenny and come to find out that I didn’t need all that work done and she suggested a much easier fix that is all covered by my insurance. I chose Dr. Tsai based on her reviews in regards to children. I have 2 children, one of which is special needs. Dr. Tsai is kind, patient, and compassionate with both kids, especially my special needs daughter. She listens and understands when a procedure may not get taken care of because of behavior issues.

Jenny and her associates are wonderful cheerful professionals that will even laugh at your bad jokes (but not while they are working on your teeth). They are so convenient for my wife and I to come over and enjoy the regular office visits. They make sure to remind you of your next appointment by sending out postcards a week before your meeting. I highly recommend their services.
