I personally HATEEEEE going to the dentist. I've been to several offices growing up and now that I'm an adult and have been traumatized by several dentists, I can 100% say this is the BEST place I've ever been.
One of the great things about this place is that they always get me in and out fast!!! They never have me waiting long and they always work fast.
I've had all my wisdom teeth taken out here and they were so quick and had minimal pain. I even had a cleaning here and I hate mint toothpaste and stuff and they completely accommodated to me and made the process easy and

I have been patient of Dr. Thor for over 30 years. I have dental phobia and he and his staff have always been the best. Never a problem, friendly staff, I have had several hard procedures and always handled with care! I would never go elsewhere. Dentistry is not cheap, you get exactly what you pay for!! But you will be happy with results

I have been going to Dr. Thor for over 30 years plus. He is the most caring man I have ever met. His professionalism is beyond believing. His care and thought fullness for his patients is unbelievable. There is no other dentistthat can compare to this fine man. I am blessed every time I go see him. His Staff is also Wondeful. Dr Thor is an amazing skilled trustworthy honest experienced and at the same time very conservative dentist when it comes to caring for your teeth. He cares, preserves, and maintains one’s teeth as much possible and he is always right. He is so right that even if you think something may be going on with your teeth after he tells you your teeth are okay they stop hurting every time. I feel blessed to have him as my dentist. Dr. Thor is the best in town!
I have been seeing Dr. Thor for about 10 years now after a bad experience at another dentist. He is caring and honest and will not overcharge or try to rip you off like other dentists will!
Since I started going, now my mom, brother, aunt, and all my friends go here now too.

I have been going to Dr Donald Thor for 22 yrs. He is the Very Best skilled, well mannered Dentist. He puts you at ease, if you are the nervous type when going to the dentist (like I was). The friendly staff are welcoming. I actually feel like I'm visiting family! I moved from North County, to South County, 4 yrs ago. The drive is well Dr. Thor's exceptional expertise. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Thor for over 30 Years..We won't let anyone else do dental work on us. It is a small family run with Linda, Dr Thor's wife working the front office. I have had some heavy dental work done during this time and he is absolutely the best you will every find, I would recommend to anyone and everyone. They care about you and that makes an uncomfortable situation into a more pleasant one. Thanks for all these years!!

Dr Thor was absolutely wonderful with my husband who has Dementia.
My husband who lives in an assisted living facility for memory care had broken a tooth.
We were not sure how cooperative he would be with a dentist to have it removed, especially since he was convinced that the tooth was actually growing in.
Dr Thor carefully explained to him that the tooth was indeed broken and had to be removed before it broke further and caused him pain.
Dr Thor was more than patient with him and waited to actually get my husbands permission before he even looked in his mouth. I was amazed at the amount

I have never gone to the dentist as frequently as I should, but when I recently moved out here to California I decided I would go every 6 months or so like advised. So I started asking around and Dr. Thor's name kept coming up and people seemed to absolutely love the guy. So after hearing many rave reviews from people in person I decided to call and book an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet and was able to work me in when it fit my schedule. I was actually surprised because it was late in the day, but she said he would stay later to

Been going to Dr Thor for 20+ years! He is always patient and kind. He doesn't tell you to do things that don't really need doing. I am never afraid when I go to this office. His wife Linda works the desk as receptionist and she is very kind and helpful. They are a wonderful team! I hope he never retires cuz I wouldn't know who to go to!!!

I can't believe Dr Thor doesn't have tons of awesome reviews. So I'll be his first one. I've been going to Dr Thor for over 20 years. Recommended to me by Rose. Rose use to make most the crowns for the dentist in Escondido. I asked who the best dentist in Escondido was, because I needed a new one. She told me Dr Thor.
The office is run by Linda his wife, Linda the office person, himself & Angie, his dental hygienist. They are all so lovely. Dr Thor is a great dentist. Fixed 3 teeth my previous dentist said I needed crowns for all three. 20 years later they are all doing

Best dental office in Escondido. No one "likes" going to the dentist, but the entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and personable that it makes the experience a positive one.
I feel like their equipment is top of the line and the office itself is up to date, comfortable, and relaxing. They're also really good about reminding me of my appointments, they send post cards, and call you twice.
I highly recommend this office!!!!!

Dr. Thor is an perfectionist. After a long time of trying to relieve my face pain. I was told it was my bite. My bite had been ruined by my particles. Dr Thor corrected my situation, and gave me a pain free life, while even eating almonds. The particles he designed were perfect. One adjustment was all needed. I can eat raw food without pain. His staff are wonderful, Linda T(his wife) is so personable. Best Dentist I have ever had! Thank You God.
