We have extensive training, experience and the latest high tech tools such as deep sensing moisture meters and infrared cameras to help detect hidden problems. All inspections include a complete infrared scan. This technology allows the unseen to become visible by showing temperature anomalies that can indicate problems such as moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots and overloads, plumbing leaks and clogs, or insulation and energy loss.

He was thorough and honest with everything he found and especially helpful in rating repairs on what was code, what needed to be done for safety/mechanical soundness/structure and what could be done for improvements/prevention in the future. I plan to have regular inspections from Home Assure to make sure my repairs and investments are worthy.
