Services
We do not have a physical phone in the store for staff to answer. Please direct all inquiries through the form on our website and we will be able to assist you from there. Mistakes happen, and our staff will be happy to help resolve any issues you have with your order in-person at our coffee shop. We offer individual coffee to go boxes which are sufficient for eight people each with cups and sides of sugars and cream.

Nice modern cafe building with a drive through and plenty of parking space. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick.
The Twin Peaks latte (honey and lavender latte) is amazing and definitely worth a stop. Their regular drip coffee was just standard though in my opinion, especially for the higher prices.
Picked up a pastry to go and although they didn't offer to reheat/toast it for me, it was still tasty.

Fast and efficient drive-through service. We ordered breakfast muffin sandwiches - which were excellent! Though it was mentioned that they were premade when we asked if we could get the sandwich on a bagel instead. Was not informed whether they were premade in house or somewhere elsewhere, but they were good nonetheless. Latte was okay. Peppermint bark mocha was pretty good.

Tried their new Auburn location this morning and it's absolutely awful.
We ordered an almond milk latte along with a mocha and a pastry. The coffee beans in both tasted like they had been burnt to a crisp and both drinks were extremely heavy handed on the milk. There couldn't have been more than one shot each in a 16 oz drink... The croissant we got was not crisp and flaky as a croissant should be but flaccid and doughy like it had just been thrown in a microwave. Bruchelle's nearby has way better coffee/food instead.

Great coffee, awesome service (both of which warrant 5 stars) but skip the sandwiches (thus the 4 star rating).
The cheese sandwich was all hat, no cattle. Essentially it's bread. See photo.
Ham and Brie? The ham is off-the-rack Oscar Meyer -- 2 thin slices folded over. Not much Brie. Good grained mustard. Lots of mustard. Mostly bread and mustard.
Huxdotters, your customers would likely pay a bit more for a decent sandwich. Serving a hunk of bread with second rate fillings doesn't meet the same quality standards that you apply to your coffee.

I finally tried Huxdotter's Twin Peaks Latte four days ago, and it was dangerously good. The barista was so kind about talking me through what my two top picks were like and which one might suit me best. I engineered a reason to make a trip all the way back to North Bend (from Seattle) simply because I was craving another dose of yummy coffee and actively kind baristas. Try at your own risk; you might find yourself gravitating back here again soon.

I stopped there after taking a friend to her eye appt.. and she mentioned to stop by and try their hot choc.. i must say it was the best i have ever had and would drive back up to north bend just it alone. didnt have time to go inside but will truly try it soon!! .. i will be back.. trust me on that.. and the young lady working the window ...was so good and polite and real..gotta love that ! thank you!!

Coffee is coffee but Huxdotter is more than just coffee. They provide an experience. Every time we go there their staff will always go above and beyond! The drive through lines typically go back super quick. Great selection! Cool and creative ordering system for drive through vehicles especially when it's raining. A smiling employee will welcome you with your order. I can't express how lovely this coffee buying experience can be until you try this North Bend location.

We desperately needed some good coffee and went to this place since the reviews were raving. Utterly surprised by the great reviews. We ordered Pistachio White Moca which came out way faster than I thought for a specialized coffee for a price higher than a Starbucks. It was overly sweet and hardly tasted much like pistachios. For a specialized coffee, I expected more !

Honestly the best coffee. Was in north bend for the weekend and tried Huxdotter.. my two friends and I are obsessed. We’re from the eastern side of the state and all we can talk about is how no other coffee compares. It’s a busy place and we understand why! Might just have to make weekend trips every weekend just for the delicious coffee they make!

This is a breath of fresh air when it comes to coffee in North bend, they make excellent basic coffee drinks but also have a lot of interesting drinks of their own, like a Mexican mocha or a honey lavender latte. Had their breakfast burrito this morning and it was way better than most breakfast burritos. Super tasty and really good. Their services very fast, super friendly and excellent location with easy drive-thru.

This place is awesome especially while providing top notch customer service during a pandemic! My husband and I ventured here after a nice hike. We both had a hankering for some caffeine and a nice pastry. We decided to order through the drive thru and let me tell ya, they have it down to a science. Someone greeted us at our vehicle, took our order with an iPad. As we approached the window, we were able to pay, and grab-and-go.

My new favorite local stop for coffee! The place is beautiful and inviting inside. The decor is thoughtful and exquisite. It’s all brand new. The coffee is delicious! (I can only speak for Americano since that’s all I mostly drink). The bakery items are yummy. They also serve food (sandwiches and such), beer and wine! I want to stop for a glass of wine or beer one afternoon. The staff are very friendly, which makes is going there more enjoyable.
