We lived in our apartment at Fox Chase for 1 year from 2014-2016. We enjoyed our stay here and found it to be a clean, well maintained community with considerate neighbors. We found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. I do think that the kitchens could use an update, but for the price it's a great apartment that is clean, quiet and comfortable.

Downright the best tour experience I've ever had. Alex was very friendly , informative about the homes and the company, and made us feel welcome before we even applied! The community seems excellently maintained and they seem to have thought of everything. We look forward to applying and our possible future living in the community.

The maintenance department is absolutely wonderful and beyond attentive! It is nice to see friendly faces around the complex in their golf carts and always give you a wave! The office staff is also very helpful, and responds in a timely manner with any issue you may have, little or big. It is a great community!

My and my boyfriend just recently put a deposit down. The second we walked through the door they were polite and very accommodating offered us something to drink. Since we are expecting an addition to our family our budget is tight they were more than willing to work with us. There facility is very nice I would be more than happy to admit that I raised a child here. This place is hands down the best place to choose for families couples or even first time renters.

I wanted to take a minute and send a BIG thank you to Siera for helping me scrape my Jeep's windows this morning!! It was so kind of her to take time out of her morning just to help me. I never even asked, she just offered and started helping. :) I have never had anyone, at any place we have lived take time to help like that (with anything). Pros and cons.
Pros:
Floor plans include plenty of storage room with large walk in closets. In-unit laundry with storage is a nice feature. The maintenance staff is quick to reply to service requests. The pool is very nice.
Cons:
Dated kitchen with minimal counter space. Our apartment smelled like an ashtray when we moved in despite being told smoking wasn't allowed. NO lights in the bedroom or living room ceilings. The outlets and switches throughout the apartment are old and some switches work while others seem to do nothing. In my opinion, the rent is too high, especially with no utilities

I have lived here going on 3 years and it has been the best place I've rented from. Me and my roommate were kicked out of our last home after finding out our landlord wasn't paying mortgage and the bank was foreclosing. We had no where to go and couldn't find anywhere that accepted my dogs. Fox chase was our answer. They had no reserves about the… dogs the deposits were cheap and we got a good deal considering the apartment wasnt updated. We face a beautiful wooded area and the grounds are kept nice. Maintenance is always fast and handy. Ive only had one issue a while back that was a headache
