Barrett Walk is a wonderful apartment complex. The staff are very helpful, it is always clean and quite. Any time we've needed maintenance for our apartment, the team handle the matter right away. It is in a very convenient location as well. If I ever need another apartment, they will be first on the list for me. Management in my opinion is top knotch, friendly and very helpful.

I wanted to come on here to show some appreciation for the Barrett Walk office!! I’m coming from out of town and I’m looking for a new place to call home and the ladies in the office definitely made the process easy for me! When I arrived I was greeted by Samantha and she answered all of my questions to the best of her abilities and more. She took me on a tour and was very detailed , I was impressed with how she informed me while also being very personable. It’s nice to see when someone genuinely cares and wants to help you!! Great team, I was greeted at the door with sweet energy from everyone in the office! Sam was very attentive with answering my questions to the best of her ability. I enjoyed speaking with her and the rest of the team , they definitely made me feel that I’d be apart of a community if I decided to move here! I did this review because it was well deserved and you don’t meet kind people anymore and they definitely were.

The Leasing Consultant team at Barrett Walk has been amazing. I am a new resident, and Jasmyne has made the application / leasing process very easy. She and Samantha both have answered all of my many questions, worked with my necessary timeline for moving, and overall been a pleasure to interact with. So looking forward to moving in as the experience has already surpassed my previous apartment hunting process.

I toured today with Sam and I just wanted to share that she had a lovely spirit!! She took the time to answer all my questions and listened to all my needs to the best of her ability. The rest of the ladies in the office also were extremely kind and made me feel very welcomed. The apartment was nice and spacious as well , I loved the garden tubs and roomy closets ! definitely recommend Barrett Walk to anyone looking to move to this area <3!

I just wanted to get on here and give a big thank you to the staff at Barrett, I went in to do a tour at this property and wow they were so great. I was greeted by every staff member at the door and offered drinks and snack from the beginning. I appreciated the customer service so much since that isn’t as common now. Samantha was my leasing agent and she was so helpful and patient with all my questions you’ll love her!! I would highly suggest checking out this property to anyone looking for a new home and a great community to join!! :)
