I ordered a mattress topper roughly 2 months ago. I've went to the store 3 times to check on it's status only to be told that it has shipped and that they have no way to track shipments. I quit wasting time and gas to check and started calling. They do not answer the phone. I left messages 3 days apart and have received no return call. This is terrible customer service!!!
I was impressed with their customer service in the past but no longer. I went in today and got a refund. Suggestion: if they do not have it in stocks, buy it on line (or) from a different store. Don't waste your money on orders

We wanted to purchase my new mattress through a local store. We felt no pressure and had a great explanation of the different types. Listened to what I liked and didn't like as I enjoy a firm bed due to back issues, but don't want it to feel like a rock. Also, being a fuller figure, I researched online which line would be the best as well and they helped me with that one as the others were all box in beds that you purchase online and that makes me uncomfortable. If I don't like it, what would I do while I wait for another? I would have no bed.

We were in the market for a new mattress after sleeping on a mattress bought online. It was very comfortable at first but soon (less than two years)it wore down and left us feeling sore and tired every morning and I was at my wits end with it. Such a great experience here. I walked in hoping to find a mattress that could be delivered today. The owner, Tim, guided me towards a ludicrously comfortable mattress. No high pressure intense salesman style interactions... just a friendly guy helping you find the right fit. Delivery went so smoothly. I really appreciated that the delivery guys moved quickly but also respected my floors. I have 0 complaints. Excited to go to bed tonight!

Tim and his assistant (she is adorable!) were great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure to buy from him. I appreciated that he didn't treat me like I was just the " little woman " like a salesman from a big name mattress store did. The delivery guys were awesome and quick. I would definitely recommend buying from The Mattress Store.

My experience with the mattress store has been nothing but great! The owner’s service with a smile was a welcome distraction from the chaos. From the first time I walked in there last Saturday, to check prices and availability to our purchase today was wonderful. More than ever we need to support our community, which is why I picked this location… first. But I can tell you that buying from other mattress stores in the past, there was no push to buy, or up sales. Just a real person with a service we needed. I recently went into the Mattress Store at 690 Bethel Ave in Port Orchard. The owner came over to greet me as soon as his last costumers finalized their purchase. He asked great questions about my needs, including how I slept..on my back, on my side, both, etc. At the same time, I gave him my budget amount. He had me lay on a mattress on my side, then turn onto my other side. He talked and showed my husband to look how my spine was properly aligned on this mattress. I then tried the next mattress.
