All pick ups & deliveries further than a ten block radius of our store (73 west 83rd street) can only be picked up in the evening (5pm- 8pm) and delivered back next day (5pm-8pm). A days advanced notice is needed. These orders must meet a minimum of $35.00. Send us a message to schedule your advanced booking.

I have been using their pickup and drop off service for 2 years now. And it was easy and reliable at first. However, the past few months have been horrible.
Most times, I do not get my clothes back the same day as promised. There have been several times when I had to wait multiple days. Despite being told each day that they will be returned.
And now they lost a brand new scrub top (I work in a hospital) I put in the laundry before I have even worn it. They say they have a camera and they looked at the video and did not see the shirt. And then said they know they could not have lost it because

It would appear that Alaina is very devoted to Public Relations. It's sad, if she spent half as much effort on her business herself, it's likely I wouldn't even have reviewed her laundromat in the first place.
1. I could be wrong about a back room. It might be a bathroom, even still, I certainly didn't fabricate my tale of events. You can try to spin that as much as you want.
2. As recently as April of 2019, their was no Hot water being pumped into the washers. Perhaps this has been corrected, maybe it hasn't. I do not know and do not intent to find

I'm a regular on the weekends because it's close to my apt. It's a small laundromat and gets busy and tight on the weekends so be prepared to wait. Alaina and Lois are super friendly as well as the rest of the staff. I am writing about self-service. I was not happy with a lab coat I had dry cleaned there, but I still return for self-service. If they get busy, self-service is not always available on weekdays, so call first. There's no quarter change machine, but they will give change. A regular wash is $3 and large wash $6. The response to my review is full of lies. Louis offered to pick up the clothes to fix them and I said that would be fine. When we hung up he said he would speak to the manager who was on duty the day before and call me back the next day. He didn't. He also didn't call back when I left several messages. What's funny about your response is that I specifically told Louis I was not seeking a refund or credit, rather I wanted to know why there was always a discrepancy and what could be done about the damaged items. This is hands down the best laundry mat / dry cleaning in the area. The service Is quick, the employees are hospitable. My clothes smell always super clean, and any stains that seem to be hard to get out, are always taken care of, but with care. The pricing isn't bad for the neighborhood either and it seems to be always busy anytime I come, which means they're just that good! If you're eco conscious, there are eco friendly options for your laundry as well.
