The property is in a great location and is large enough for bigger families. The beds were comfy, plenty of bath linen was provided and the large kitchen was stocked with almost anything you might need.The pictures Bloomer Estates uses to advertise the property are deceiving however. The home was clearly great at one time as the pictures show but has fallen into a state of disrepair.

Unusable foosball, air hockey, basketball arcade game (scratched, rusted, flat balls) Game tables all were unlevel, some with pieces of paper to balance them.

The minute you walk in the unit, the first thing that strikes you is all the windows which have a panoramic view of the ocean! This is the first clue that this is going to be an exceptional vacation. The next thing I noticed was the sparkling cleanliness of the condo. It was not simply surface clean – it was spotless in all the nooks, crannies and cupboards. Since I love to cook, I was totally impressed with all the kitchen supplies available. We even had our choice among three different coffee pots! It was apparent that the owners put a lot of time into the décor and updating of this unit.

Beautiful home! Clean, well-stocked and appointed, GREAT location with easy access to the beach and a peek a boo view of the ocean.
Pet friendly can often mean wear and tear from pets who have visited before but we found NO evidence of this and there were plenty of old towels, pet bowls, poo bags, etc to ensure a clean home.
We LOVED our stay and will be back again!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house has everything anybody would need. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture is perfect for 4 people, the beds are so very comfortable. The view of the ocean is great, caused me to sit and stare for hours. A home away from home, truely. I certainly hope we can come back for another stay in the future.

Surfside 2 was the perfect place for our family Christmas! There was every ingredient for a big group. Lots of comfy beds, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, lots of dishes, and toys a plenty for the kids (inside and out). Top it off with a short walk to the beach, a deck with amazing sunset views, and room for reconnecting after a long year plus of COVID. We loved our time here and hope to do it again this summer. We found Bloomer to be very responsive, easy to work with, and highly customer focused. Great company for vacation rentals!!

We have previously stayed at another bloomer estate location and had really liked it. This time we stayed at the sandpiper and paid almost as much money and got a lot less. It is basically a small shack that would be good for the summer time, but is inadequate for the winter. There was no heat in our sleeping room. There were no instructions for the heat pump unit. The bathroom is out side the main part of the house it has no heat.
There were no instructions on how to operate a different TV services. We could not watch the local TV and miss the Seahawks. There is no dishwasher. The management

We had a wonderful stay at First Mate's Cottage. Super nice house - lots of room. Beautiful path down to the beach. Huge yard. Well equipped kitchen. We didn't have time to take advantage of all the great games, inside and out, but we will next time. We will definitely be coming back.

This was such an amazing place to stay!! Something to do for everyone in the family and space to spread out! The beach isn’t always good weather but this home absolutely makes up for that! You will love staying indoors here! Pool, air hockey, fosball, pinball, game consoles and more crazy how loaded this place is!!

We really appreciate how clean this house was upon arrival, esp. compared to a house we previously rented through a different company. It’s a nice place for a family beach weekend since you can quickly walk down to the beach and back. We have rented with Bloomer Estates five of the last six years and because they are local and nearby, they are super responsive if any small issues arise. (For example, a few years ago the Keurig stopped working so they drove out with a new one almost immediately.). We appreciate Bloomer Estates and will continue to rent through them (esp. since we used another

Two of us (father daughter) stayed in Sunset Romance for the 2021 Kite Festival and found it perfect for our needs. Lovely bright little room with a well-supplied kitchen and a few very welcome creature comforts like washer/dryer, dishwasher, and shower soap dispensers.
The view of the beach from the windows and balcony are basically unbeatable; we could hear the festival announcements when the windows were open, but not so much that it would bother someone trying to sleep in.
The *one* downside was the placement of the tv in the main room; its low on the wall and blocked by the futon bed whenever

Definitely give this rental a try, we stayed here this November with friends and we had a great time. It's a big house with a big yard, private trail to the beach, hot tub, games, full kitchen with everything but the food, wood burning fireplace which makes it a great option for November beach trips.
The deck lights were out and we called and they came out right away to fix them. Which was great because it gets really dark here. They were prompt and friendly. The house is warmly decorated. There were just a few things that impacted my decision to give 4 instead of 5 stars.
