I was most thankful for maintenance remembering that the screen needed to be changed in my unit. Although there was a workaround in place from a couple months ago, the maintenance team knew I wasn’t happy - and the prospects of getting the correct screen was bleak because the screen isn’t made and no longer available. So when maintenance told me they found a screen I was please and thankful the remembered! And for it to be installed today - I’m most satisfied. I enjoy keeping my window open for the fresh air and now I can! Thanks Maintenance Team!!!

My wife and I lived here for 2 years roughly and overall it was fantastic. If you're looking for a place in Crystal City you should look here.
I saw another review mention it when we were looking about water pipes creaking. This happened in our apartment but didn't bother us AND it only happened while the hot water was starting and lasted about 2-3 minutes and would stop while the water continued to run.
I can't say enough great things about all the people that work at the Concord. They're all super friendly and very helpful! Any problem we ever had was addressed quickly and professionally.

Love the staff from front desk and maintenance to managerial. All are personality plus people.
The amenities are awesome, well cared for, and very appreciated. The cleaning staff is on point!
I am spoiled living here. I feel safe and valued by the staff.
The location can it be beat. I love being in the urban area with all the conveniences and a sense of suburban quaintness and quite. Feels out of the rush areas but everything is so walkable. It is great not having a car!

Just moved out of The Concord (leaving the DC area) and I cannot say enough good things about this building and the people working there. From my first visit / tour, to move in and move out, the staff in the leasing office and at the concierge desk were outstanding. They were quick to answer any questions I had and did so with great courtesy.
The building itself was quiet (can hear a bit of street noise depending on which floor you're on--but never bothersome...nature of living in Crystal City) and the other tenants were friendly. The gym was better than any that I've seen in other apartments

I lived here for two years and loved it. The building is beautiful and always very clean. The staff at the front desk, in the leasing office, and in the maintenance crew are some of the friendliest people I’ve met. When I had issues with my dog barking during the day, they went out of their way to be empathetic and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the Crystal City area.

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. I moved from out of state and must have virtually toured every apartment complex in the DMV area. Concord stood out leaps and bounds above the rest. What really helped me settle on Concord is how helpful the leasing office was. Woodley answered every phone call and email in the most gracious way (and there were a lot). He never once got annoyed, and even if he did he never let me know! Beyond professional. I was, and still am so impressed by the staff.

I just moved into Concord Crystal City and I am already very happy! The building is kept extremely clean, the apartments are spacious and have plenty of natural lighting, and the maintenance is very timely. I've had a couple service requests put in and they have been handled very quickly and professionally. The concierge service is a huge plus! They are all extremely friendly and it's comforting to know there is someone downstairs at all times in case you need anything. Looking forward to living in this beautiful building!

I have been living at Concord for almost 3 months and really enjoy it thus far! The unit we live in is a very spacious 2-bedroom unit with great views of the city, and lots of natural light. I'm very sad that our gorgeous view will eventually be obstructed by a new apartment building - but I don't think construction will start until 2021, so we are enjoying it while it lasts.
The location is great, as it is walking distance to the main strip of Crystal City restaurants and shops, however, it is not super convenient to a grocery store (Harris Teeter is close, but I wouldn't consider it walking
