The guy that paints the picture. When he's not coaching, he's a full-time husband, father, and fitness athlete. His 20+ years of experience and service as a strength coach/technician, tireless practice on refining energy system work, nourishment and lifestyle balancing techniques, and training of other coaches has made OPEX a sought after method of bringing fitness to a Higher Order.
In order to create a program that best suits you, your coach will spend time getting to know who you are, what motivates you in fitness, and why you have set certain goals. Based on your goals, lifestyle, and physical assessment your professional coach will create a long term plan that will help you accomplish your goals and much more.

A Fit3D, 360 scan is a great way to know your starting point and be able to track your progress over time. The scan provides over 200 accurate body measurements allowing you to compare and share your changes from scan to scan. Repeat the scan to compare your measurements and gauge where you are seeing progress.

Not to be cliché but this gym has changed my life. Viana and Dava ensure that you get the absolute most out of every single workout. She is extremely knowledgeable in this field and switches up your workout everyday so you never get bored. The equipment is brand new, the gym is always sparkling clean. Because of the unique boutique, one on one style you never have to be embarrassed that people are judging you so you can give it all you got every workout. Most of all she actually cares and holds you accountable. Their unique 3-D scanning system have been such a huge motivating tool in my work out

This is a new fitness facility in the area and they are having a founding members offer which is super affordable! They have AC but is not cold they keep it comfortable. They are opening in September but us, the founding members can go and train at this premium facility before that. The owner is the head coach and she's amazing. This is not a group class or CrossFit. I go there and I have my own programming and the coach to help me and is definitely not as expensive as a Personal Trainer! They take care of everything and they keep me accountable! I love this place!
