Mr Mitchell is amazing. So sweet and amazing customer service. I needed a ball gown amended as i bought a size bigger than intended. He did such and amazing job and i know it was a lot of work due to how the dress was made. I picked it up on time too. I'll always recommend his services. He was a part of why my photoshoot/ birthday was a success

I had a couple suit jackets and pants tailored and the service and quality were excellent. I needed a rush job for one of the suits and he was very accommodating. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the turnaround time.
On the other hand, the location in the Burlington Coat Factory was a bit awkward, but he was helpful over the phone. His shop is along the left side wall of the department store as you enter on the fifth floor of the mall. Burlington also had some issues processing my bill since they have an odd system for payment, but that's not the fault of the tailor. Parking

I brought in a dress for alterations. It was going to be a very difficut job..shortening the dress that was going to involve cutting and hemming a very delicate fabric and several layers. Mitchell was very personable, professional, and patient. I had a prelimonary fitting and then picked it up this week. I couldn't be more pleased. The work was excellent and ready on time. I had a great experience at Ridgeway Alterations when I was getting my wedding dress altered. I got it used so it needed to be shortened (it has a train and several layers of fabric making that not easy) and I needed to make straps shorter and make the neckline less deep. Ridgeway Alterations was extremely professional and took the time to have me come in and measure and have me approve every step of the way. Had a wonderful experience at Ridgeway. I am not an easy-to-fit person and I had a dress that I wanted to wear for my daughter's wedding. There were a variety of problems with the dress and yet they were able to fix it and now it fits beautifully and comfortably. Very much looking forward to this big day in our family in my dress custom-tailored to me at Ridgeway!

I had an excellent experience at Ridgeway Alterations. The quality of work was great (I had straps of a bridesmaids dress taken in), and Ridgeway worked with my tight timing needs. They were very professional and prompt, and the pricing was fair. I will definitely be going back to Ridgeway in the future.

I had to get a dress altered on a tight deadline, and I went here because it was the closest to work. The guy turned me away because he thought that alterations would be "too hard" and he didn't want to risk getting a bad review from me. I felt that he cared more about the review than he did about me as a customer. I'm not going to beg someone to take my business.
