Loyal, doting customer here. I’ve gotten several pairs of glasses and sunglasses at Eyes on Fremont over the years and just can’t justify going anywhere else! The frame selection is pretty stellar and always rotating, so you get a unique pair. They’re pretty affordable too, more so than most optometrists’ offices. Just got Rx Rudy Project sunglasses there too, first time I was able to find sports sunglasses that would accept my Rx with significant astigmatisms.

Eyes on Fremont did a great job of helping me choose glasses that fit my (small) face and that flattered my complexion and eyes. When I went to pick them up, they made sure they fit properly and were entirely professional and courteous. I’ve bought many pairs of glasses from them and always go back.

I highly recommend Eyes on Fremont! The frames that I initially picked just did not work out for me - with every adjustment, something else would pop up that was bothersome. I finally gave up on those frames and the shop was happy to fit me with other frames and did not charge me any extra, even though the new frames were more expensive. Nate was patient and helpful, on every visit, and I will recommend this shop to friends. I just wish that I had discovered it earlier!

Eyes on Fremont has a compassionate and friendly staff with excellent taste and a high level of patience if you need to try on way too many pairs before you decide! The best! I live on the peninsula and was over there for some treatment, I took my sunglasses for new lenses, here I was quoted $350 ! I only paid $200 20 years ago?? $50 Christie made it right they're wonderful! Pleasant staff!! Amazing & fun selection of frames made by smaller businesses. Great service at the shop, come back if they are really busy and you’d like more assistance looking at frames. Once the lenses arrive, Eyes on Fremont always is willing to work with me to get my glasses just right, including the angle of the lens which really makes a difference for my sensitive eyes. One of the very few places I will have my glasses made. Just ordered my sunglasses too, discount on second pair within 30 days much appreciated!

Five stars to Eyes on Fremont for being the friendliest, fastest, kindest eyeglass store ever encountered! They fixed my favorite broken sunnies, adjusted the new ones I wore in and then comped it. Excellent experience finding terrific frames here. Cristy found some really fun frames and gave feedback when asked. COVID measures felt very safe and yet didn't adversely affect the very positive experience. Prices very good and fair for frames.

They have a vast collection of chick, fashionable, colorfull eyeglases. Prices are mid range but it's totally worth it. Got my eyeglasses in less than a week. Dan supported my shopping experience, and I am so grateful because I must have tried like 50 different designs until I found "the one". Friendly staff overall. I definitely reccomend this place.

She always gives honest opinions in helping you pick out frames that look the best on you. Yet again I received the best customer service I've ever had in buying and repairing glasses here. Always courteous, fast, and super helpful. Going somewhere else because they take my insurance just isn't going to happen. Tried that and it was such a nightmare that I came running back to EOF and they had new glasses for me in 2 days! And that was on 12/31.

My glasses irreparably broke when I was struggling greatly with long term illness. I looked at hundreds of online frames in hopes of purchasing without having to go to a store. Few interested me. I bought two and returned both when they lacked quality. I tried here because of reviews and variety. It was a long drive, but it did not disappoint. Jennifer was outstanding and very respectful. With one look and two questions, she presented frames. Everyone of them looked good on me.

These guys REALLY know glasses. They have a very wide range of high-end designed glasses. The real magic comes when their salespeople work with you and bring out a range of creative styles for you to try. We've also worked with the optometrist in the shop and they've been great too, and it's so convenient to have them together with the glasses shop!

Huge kudos for Eyes on Fremont. No wonder this place is so busy! I returned two years after getting glasses because someone sat on them. No questions asked, they immediately found a matching set and replaced the two arms for free. I didn't have to prove they were from their store - it was obvious because of the unique designs they offer. I went back the next day to get the arms adjusted, and again immediate service and no charge. Yay! Thank you. See you for my next pair of glasses. And the next...

The best selection of glasses of any glasses shop I've been to in my entire life. My friend referred me to this place and I couldn't be happier with my new glasses. I am going to switch my optometrist over to the folks that work out of this space also. I am sure I'll be back for my next pair of glasses/sunglasses.

I went in to get them fitted and in the past I would get them fitted and just accepted the semi poor fit-I am asian and I don't have a strong bridge and glasses are sometimes a nightmare to fit. Any place that I went to in the past usually bend them a little here and little there and then they do't really fit...Eyes on Fremont is different.
Jennifer is the eye glass fit whisperer...After trying the traditional bending...she traded out the nose pads and like magic they fit beautifully.

This is hard to write. The showroom people there are really polite and helpful, and the frames there are great. Out of the four glasses stores I went to, I liked the frames here the most and I ended up buying frames and lenses from Eyes on Fremont.
The downside was that their sales person was deceptive around the insurance payback. To stay "independent" and keep costs down, they don't file any insurance for you. That is fine.
