Spoke with David on the phone about the issue I was having with my basement. He was great on the phone and even had me send him photos. We agreed that an onsite estimate would be required for the problem I was having. The problem is that no one from the company ever showed up for scheduled estimate. I called and left a voice mail with David over a week ago but have not heard back. I would have been fine with rescheduling if he had conflicts but the that fact that I never head back seems very unprofessional.

I was recommended Basement Water Proofing solutions by a friend, and I'm extremely happy with the result. David Horner came to my home to understand our situation, and I immediately felt at ease. Dave at BWS has been a magician in our household! Moving into our home 2 years ago, we knew there was a few water drainage issues that needed addressed. His team worked 1 full day to install the perfect sump pit/pump for our needs. The work crew was friendly, respectful of my home, worked quickly, and left no dust or debris behind.
The result looks great, and has so far done its job! (true test will be the spring/summer rains - but not too concerned as a warranty is provided!)
I've had a few residual questions/concerns and David was very quick to respond, even come out to the house to address, and thoroughly explain and alleviate my concerns.

My husband and I moved into a new home. We needed work done in the basement for cementing the whole thing (most of it was dirt). There was also a walkway area that needed some tlc due to how the wall was torn down. David and his team did a wonderful job on the basement. The work was absolutely amazing. In July 2018 York got all the rain ever and my basement flooded. I had only been in the house 8 months, and I was starting to panic. I contacted them on a Saturday and got a call back very quickly.
Dave came out to my house, explained exactly what was happening, and why it was happening. We came up with a plan and I got a quote from him very quickly. Even without doing any work Dave had already given me some peace of mind.

I hired Basement Waterproofing Solutions to get rid of standing ground water in my basement and do mold remediation. I can't say enough good things about this company. I had 2 other estimates done. The other companies gave me a high pressure sale pitch (I couldn't get the one to leave for 4 hours!). There was no high pressure pitch with Basement Waterproofing Solutions. They were reasonably priced and they did an amazing job. My basement is completely water free and no trace of mold. The work was done quickly and the workers were friendly and professional.

We used Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a very wet basement in a 100+ year old home. The basement has probably NEVER been dry until we contracted with David several months ago. We had the work done in October 2017, but I waited to write the review because I wanted to be able to assure other readers that the basement has continued to stay dry. It has! Every time I go to the basement and actually SEE the floor - it makes me smile. For YEARS the basement ALWAYS had standing water in it and I never saw an actual floor since it was always covered in water or filth/debris from water that had evaporated

OK, so the tune has changed, unfortunately. The plumber came and fixed the leak, and despite several calls over several weeks Basement Waterproofing Solutions has not come to our home to complete the job they started.
When we spoke with David two weeks ago to ask that he come out and finish the job, he indicated that he was really busy that week but that he would be out the following week. The following week came and went. On the Friday of the week they were supposed to be out, we called, and have been calling daily since then (4 days), all to no avail.
