Water was seeping through cracks in the hand-poured concrete walls where the walls meets the floor. We remedied the seepage by applying 4x8 fiberglass panels to the walls along with a pressure relief system and sump installation. We were hired by REMAX to fix this property in York Springs, Pa. Water was seeping in where the wall meets the floor and caused water damage to the drywall.
